I loved every second of it the begin an end had me in tears it was great i will defineatly go and see it again i have already purchased the sound track and im waiting for the movie to come out this is what love should really be like sorry guys im going to say it but this totally beats romeo and juliet.

The movie followed the book better than Twilight. I liked that feature about it. It sadly left out part of the book but stuck to most of the story line and didnt create too many alternations. It was amazing and I can't wait for Eclipse.

ot was a good movie but not at all what i expected. i know most people liked this book the least but i truly enjoyed it. in my opinon they left wayyyy too much out & didnt give enough details. the book was very thorough and informative & i feel the movie was neither. and i didnt like how they changed somethings. ie: the scene in port angeles with bella & jess. and how they didnt even have the plane rides in there or edward telling bella how much she meant to him once they had got back from italy. that was my favorite part of the whole book. all in all it was just ok. i dont want to discourage anyone from seeing it. this is just my opinon, i have high standards and was really wanting more.

Great Movie!
The book was much better, but only cuz in a book, you can go into much more detail.
I will probably see this movie again before it leaves theaters and I will also buy this movie when on DVD>

If it was possible to give the movie both 1 star and 5, I would. The movie was absolutely hilarious in ways it was not intended and Kristen Stewart is as terrible an actress as she ever was. But it's Twilight and you can't take it too seriously. Regardless of the fact that I cringed at horribly delivered lines by Taylor Lautner and cracked up as Edward and Bella ran through the forest in Alice's vision, I enjoyed myself quite a bit and you probably will too if you're actually making an effort to see this movie. My best way to sum up the film is to repeat what I said to my friend after we saw it: "That was the worst movie I've ever seen... Let's see it again next week."

Ok, so for anyone who read the book they know that yes, this is supposed t be all talk. BUT, unlike Twilight, in this movie the director and writers actually stayed to the way the book goes. I dont like Rob so muchin this movie like i did in twilight. Sohopefully he will imrove. I also didnt liek how little time was spent on the end and how they cut it off, which is not how the book ends. But i guess that the HOLLYWOOD aspect. Overall i liked it much more then the first. and if you actually read thebooks yuo should agree. :)

I loved this movie because it pretty much stuck to what happpened in the book and i think the new director captures the essence of New Moon very well and i'm looking forward to seeing Eclipse.

If you have read the books, it might ruin it a little for you. All in all, this was a really good movie. The special effects were great! given the amount of time alloted, they pretty much stuck to the story line. Jake, Bella and Edward were wonderfully played!! Everyone looks great too. In the first movie they looked a little worse for wear , but they did a wonderful job this time! Tons of action and romance. Best movie in a long time!!

As everyone know the book is always better than the movie! same is true here, but it followed the book as best it could parts that were missing were somewhat there but not in as much detail but for those who havent read the books you wont even know. i really enjoyed the movie and can not wait for eclipse 6-2010!!!!

I was very happy to find that this movie was not only good, but GREAT! A lot of times sequels are anything but. The werewolves could have very easily turned out cheap and poorly done, but I was truly surprised at how well they really looked. It added to how good the movie turned out.

I really thought this movie was entertaining. You could most certainly tell that the budget was much larger for this movie than the first. My wife loved the first movie, and has read all the books, so I was dragged along for the premier... however I would not recommend waiting in line for a midnight showing. That part was terrible. Other than that... I really enjoyed it.

As a fan before the whole movie hype, I've read the books and always imagined how New Moon would be created into a film. This movie, is like my imagination, came true. The depression, the pain, the love between Jacob and Bella and reunion between her and Edward, the Volturi, the wolves...amazing. The CGI is incredible and so detailed, the storyline is well placed on screen for those who have not read the books, there is greater love between Bella and Edward than the first, it's just an amazing movie! It is worth the ticket. I was in sheer awe after it was done

I didnt get the same feeling between Edward and Bella this time around. It was almost as if the force that pulls them together had diminished a bit.
It was a great movie though. The part when Bella is having nightmares and is screaming in her sleep. Very emotional to watch. I enjoyed Jacob and the wolf pack. But think some of the story that should have been included, wasnt.
Overall- Great Movie. I will see it again and will purchase the dvd when it comes out.

If you love the books, you are going to LOVE this movie. New Moon was a great and exciting movie. Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner were extraordinary. I even liked all the funny parts of the movie (that were not in the book). The entire cast did an excellent job and I cannot wait to see Eclipse. BTW: Taylor (Jacob) looks awesome without his shirt on!!!!

Thank g-d I didn't see the first movie-esp. since everyone says that New Moon is so much better. Sorry team Edward, but Taylor Lautner is the best thing about this movie-never mind his physique. He is the better actor. Kristen Stewart was completely devoid of emotion--the love of her life, her soulmate breaks up with her & she shows zero emotion-no "PAIN!! from her...and the scenes where she mopes around were boring .did we really need to see Edward every time Bella did something reckless?& what is the special something that makes her so magnetic?. I didn't see it-Ashley Greene has it-she brought that extra something to her character that Kristen Stewart didn't. Stewart didn't translate the character from the book too well for me.

We saw the movie last night and we didn't think it was that great. The werewolves were great, especially Jacob. But the vampires sucked (no pun intended). The dialog between Bella and Edward was so forced and melodramatic. Bella should have gone for the werewolves. Not only was Jacob hotter, he was also a lot more fun. All in all, the movie was pretty mediocre.

I am a fan of the whole series - read all the books a few times over. The movie was enjoyable, although it could have been longer because there were parts that should have been in the movie. The action was great and I loved the special effects. The ending through me though - a cliffhanger! Makes me eager to see Eclipse coming up next year.
