I liked Twilight , but I LOVED New Moon. Chris Weitz and Melissa Rosenberg did a really great job of of getting the book and the movie to match. I realize that NO movie is going to be like the book but this was pretty good. I actually like the Voltori scene that was added. I just cannot wait for Eclipse now. A must see for Twilight fans!

I thought New Moon was an AMAZING movie. It was A LOT better than the first one and the CGI was awesome. I'm gonna go see it every weekend till it goes out of theaters. I can't wait till ECLIPSE!!!

definitely lived up to the hype, and one of few movies i've ever seen that's actually been worth the wait and the price of the movie ticket :] i was not disappointed, BUT i'm struggling to hold myself over until eclipse comes out in june...loved it.

I loved this movie! It was amazing and I was happy how it was like the book! The ending surprised me, though I am happy in a way that it ended like that. I can't wait for Eclipse now and I would totally see this movie again in theaters!

If you have read the book(s)...like who hasn't,,,then I think you would agree that this movie is "spot-on" with the book! The directors did a wonderful job making this awesome book come to life on the big screen!! This movie has already broken soo many records and that should speak for itself! Go see it it you have not...although I can't imagine there is anyone left that hasn't seen it!! LOL!!!

New Moon is definitely produced much better than Twilight and goes right along with the book. Edward's character needs to loosen up a bit. All in all it was a great movie and I can't wait for Eclipse to come out. I just might have to go back and re-read the series to keep me satisfied until then.

I thought New Moon was every bit as good as Twilight. Very entertaining, good job on the wolves! Jacob and the other cubs were nice and muscular but, I admit, the book had me expecting towering boy/men! The music in the first movie was much better - maybe the third will use Carter Burwell more!

I found that New Moon was amazing! It was so much better then Twilight. It went along the lines of the book more, instead of just adding stuff in. New Moon was fun and exciting. I was worried about how the wolves would look, but they came out great. This is definiately a movie to see if you are into werewolves, vampires, love triangles, and mystery!

Chris Weitz did NOT let me down! Not only were the effects breathtaking (the wolves looked SO REAL) but the tones were warmer to reflect the fact that Jacob is Bella's sun and all the actors seemed to be so much more comfortable in their roles this time around, they really got to know their characters and it showed. There were a lot more funny bits to laugh at, but when Bella went through her depression she really took you with her & she depicted it well - you feel like you just got broken up with yourself! The emotions & colors in this film are so much more vivid & the screenplay was much more faithful this time around & all around was BETTER. GO SEE IT!!!!!!!!!!!

"The movie was great and more than I expected." It stayed very close to the book and the director did a great job w/ the soundtrack and special effects to really encapsulate the feeling of the scenes and characters. I loved the fact that they found a way to keep Edward in the movie without him being in the movie as he was for this series of the book. The ending was abrupt, but has left me anxious for "Eclipse", which I am sure was the intent. My girls and I really enjoyed this movie and though I loved Twlight....this one was better. I really hope all the hater read the book before they see the movie so they can see just how well the movie was done.

Being a teenage girl, New Moon was a greatly anticipated movie for me. I have read every book in the Twilight Saga and New Moon was one of my favorites. But, I have to say the movie could have been better. I really enjoyed all the air time Taylor Lautner got (hello abdominals<3) but the story line was nothing compared to the book. I felt a bit bored in the theater and I think there was a lot of scenes that were completely pointless. Yet, I still give the movie a 4 out of 5. Not just because of Taylor's amazing bod, but it was a sweet movie and it was worth the wait.

Loved the movie! I read all of the books twice and loved those. I thought Chris Weiss did an excellent job making the book come to life. I don't think it could have been done any better. I saw it twice and may go see it one more time. I didn't think it was slow-moving at all like some of the movie critics have said. The ending was so awesome. I loved how it ended. Go see it and then go and see it again!!

I was pretty unhappy with the Twilight movie because it took so much of the "umph" out of the book. New Moon obviously had a bigger budget and didn't disappoint. I like the stars but I think Taylor Lautner (however you spell it) did the best job. He's the only one who didn't act like he was on some kind of drugs. The main characters though were ever reminiscent of William Shatner with Turette's Syndrome. Just my two cents..

New Moon was awesome! I thought it was very close to the way Stephenie Meyer wrote the book. I love Edward, but also found myself feeling sorry for Jacob. I can hardly wait for Eclipse to come to theaters in June! I would definitely recommend New Moon to anyone looking for a great movie.

Yes the books are better than the movies but New Moon was pretty acurate for the most part. I wish Carter Burwell will come back to do the score for Eclipse and Breaking Dawn if not too late. His music was perfect in Twilight.

I read all 4 of Stephanie Meyers books in the series and have watched Twilight and New Moon, both were great movies but I definitley think New Moon followed the book better and overall was very impressive and had great special effects!! WOW!
