I've seen it twice so far, with a 3rd time rapidly approaching, and I love it. It was definitely better the 2nd time because I was able to pay closer attention to the parts that I couldn't hear/understand. Could have been longer, because there are good parts of the book that aren't there or were hurried through. The color was much better in this one, and the effects were great! Overall, I love it, can't wait for the dvd and then for Eclipse.

Awsome! I was very plesantly surprised by this movie. I was disappointed in the last so much that I was leary of even wasting money on this one and I must say it was well worth it and worth seeing again!

I have seen the movie 2 times now and definitely love it. It is far better than the first of the saga and hopefully a sign of things to come. The acting is better, the true connection is better and let me just say WOW to Jacob!!

I have seen New Moon three times already! The first time i couldn't hear but that's because the theatre i went to didn't have good sound. I really can't say what is my favorite part, I do want to say my son loved the wolves of course. The effects were great! I do amitt that the story line was a little boring at first but it came beautifully at the end. I sure can't wait to see what the director going to do with Eclipse and Breaking Dawn.

1st of all Rob and Kris's dialogue delivery was very very poor and unclear. Most of the time they just mumbled, had to listen hard when they talked. I have seen the movie 3x and still have some places I dont know what they r saying. I liked the part when Bella is sitting by the window and months are passing by, it was sad and yet beautiful.Taylor has done a MARVELOUS job. Makeup could have been better. There could have been more action, I am pretty sure most of the guys found the movie boring :) wolf thing was main pull for guys to go see the movie. They could have made the movie 3 hrs and not miss the good stuff. The story jumped too quickly on some places, they wanted to make it short enough I guess.

The second of the Twilight Saga, New Moon, was definitely better than the first movie, Twilight. It followed the book better and included scenes where the characters were 'thinking' the details that were hard to show in the action but were important to the story. This approach, I thought, was obviously missing in the first movie. We are now waiting for April to see Eclipse.

ok, so this was a ton better than Twilight. Followed the book better and I cannot wait to see it again. There weren't scenes where I was shaking my head in disappointment. Thank goodness for the new director!! The makeup was also much better this time around. Taylor did a great job playing Jacob!!!

New Moon a thrilling and exciting movie that will be remember by many for years to come. It has everything i was expecting to see in this second sequal. Wolfs and vampires have alway been seen as scary and deadly but this movie may just change everyones mine. This movie seem very short and fast but maybe because i was always so engage in every part of the movie. Bella and Edward alway made me believe that this love story could just be truth.

This movie followed the book much better than Twilight did. It held my attention the whole time. Bella's friendship with Jacob was intriguing, were they going to cross the line? Isn't that what every woman wants, a friend who will love and help her no matter what. How far will she go to see Edward? Can Bella depend on her strong friendship with Jacob while being in love with his archenemy? Twilight the movie was very superficial compared to the very intense love story in the book. But New Moon was intriguing the whole two hours. Yes, I can't wait to see it again.

Having never read the book(s), I am not a fan, I went to the movie with wife & kids (kids idea).
I will say that the movie held my interest but, the acting was right out of "All my Children" or any other soap opera... weak. The effects were passable, although the wolf transition could have taken longer and/or been more detailed. The makeup, especially the vampires, was horrible and unconvincing. All in all, I was mildly entertained for most of the 2+ hours I sat through it.

Visually stunning, and I'm not just talking about the shirtless boys.
I was impressed with the wolves and most of all the depiction of Bella's 4 month deep depression. It moved me to tears.
I was disappointed in the look of the Cullen vamps. Particularly Rosalie and Jasper. They just all looked creepy. Except for Carlisle. It was exciting and had me on the edge of my seat for the majority of the film. Beautiful connection between Bella and Jacob. June 30th can't come soon enough.

The acting was well above the first movie. Kristen seemed to relax her jaw which smooths out her face and makes her more believable. Taylor really took his expanded role in stride and did a great job with being both menacing and tender with Bella. Rob, as usual, was brooding and very cool. Billy Burke (Charlie) was also excellent and I believe very under rated. He is always making every scene he is in with any other actor. The scenery was excellent especially with drastic colors in Italy. Chris W. did an excellent job. I hope he direct Breaking Dawn as well.

I have seen this twice. First time was opening night and I didnt love it as much as I thought I would. The humor suprised me, I thought the makeup was a bit much (I liked the softer way Twilight was filmed), and I was sad that they left out a lot of Bella hanging with Jacobs tribe. Especiallly the campfire scene....but Taylor Lautner was impressive as Jacob! The connection was there...and Bella stung as I thought she did in the book...and the depression scenes were amazing...hurt my soul. I had to go back for round two to really appreciate it fully...but I love it. I am commited to this series. I got sucked in and I cant wait for Eclipse!

This movie was so much fun to watch. I was afraid that it was going to focus too much on the emotionally devastated Bella. NOPE! Which was fine by me because I didn't want to be brought down so low.
Congrats to Taylor Lautner for OUTSHINING Rob Pattinson in this movie. He may become the new addiction.

Great movie. Better than the first one by far. I thought the acting was much better and the writing was so much better and more cohesive. The first movie didn't catch the spirit of the book in my opinion. I felt like important parts were left out of the first one. The only part that I felt a little cheated on was Jacob's change to werewolf. I wish they wouldn't have skipped through that so quickly. The CGI was pretty good. The Volturi scene was good and it is just surreal to see little Dakota Fanning as an evil vampire! Loved it.
