I loved it! The movie was great. Stayed true to the book, minus a lot of course. Movie had me crying one minute and laughing the next, with all the wise cracks. Will go see again, for sure.

This movie was so freakin good! It blew Twilight right out of the water. The acting was better, the music was better, the wardrobe was better! All around a fantastic movie. And it was so close to the book also. VERY IMPRESSED RIGHT HERE! LOL. GO SEE IT!

New Moon was so much better than 'Twilight'! The pure agony Bella felt without Edward was so sad. This movie had so much suspense and the fight scenes both between the wolves and between Edward & the Volturi were amazing! I highly recommend this movie especially if you loved the first one. And I think men would enjoy this one as well.

I loved it! It was better then the first, not that I didn't like the first one too, but acting wise I found it more true as to how I thought the characters would be. The only thing that irked me was how "glowy" the vampire's eyes were. Way more so then the first movie, and I think it was a bit too extreme. Overall, definitely a must see.

This movie was very true to the book. I thought the acting or maybe the directing of actors was such an improvement from the first Twilight movie. The graphics were great, the love of Edward and Bella really came through and I even enjoyed the humor that came with it! It was action packed ( for all you guys that may get roped into taking your girls) and the flow of the story worked better this time. Since they cannot cram a novel into 2 hours, they really did a great job getting most of it in!Can't wait to take my younger girls on Sunday!

All you've ever heard about twilight saga, but better! Great movie even if you haven't read the books. (which I have not) but my daughter has and she tells me "They got it right". There is only one scene in the movie I felt could have been done better and that is Bella's birthday party with the vamps. a paper cut? really? but other than that...it's perfect! Can't wait for June, Eclipse is sure to top New Moon!

The movie was fantastic! It was filled with many action scenes and followed the book pretty well. There was one scene that was different than the book's account. Loved at all in all and can't wait until Eclipse hits theaters!

SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE FIRST! The makeup, the acting, the overall movie was just wayyy better. Kristin Stewart can act??? haha no really, when I watched Twilight there were many times that I didn't understand why they left certain parts out and added weird things in but with this movie it went right along with the book and was amazing. Great movie! GO SEE IT!

The movie kept to the overall plot line of the book. Unfortunately, the passion between B & E wasn't as strong in the movie as the book. I enjoyed the added comedy. Can't wait to see it again!!

Not only were they true to the movie, they also had more detail involved...I litterally remebered several lines that were quoted from the book...which gave me chills! Definitely going to buy this once its on dvd. Maybe even for all of my friends as well as christmas gifts!

It was amazing....I could not wait for it to start and was so thrilled through out the entire Movie. It was def a Movie that is worth seeing and at that hour. The crowd was very into it, the special effects were very well done, the scenery was beautiful......I was sad when it was over (simply because I could not get enough and never wanted it to end)and plan to pick up the book asap. Im an avid reader and have not read this serious but after last night I can not wait to begin. Stopping by the book store on my way home!!! When it releases on DVD I will watch over and over and over......such heart tugging drama and the love triangle is so exciting! AMAZING!!!!!!!

yes! worth the viewing! the director, chris weitz' take was SO DIFFERENT than twilight's director catherine hardwicke. it was actually funny, somewhat choppy, with a lack of detail and transistions... however, this story was less hollywood and more true to the book in my opinion. and the acting was A LOT BETTER in this one! i think the actors raised the bar and worked harder. i recommend!!! kristen stewart did a buch better job. i still hate her ' in pain' or 'screaming' mannerisms. she needs to work on it. otherwise, GREAT JOB by chris. go see it! it was a very fast movie!

Running on little sleep I must say it was worth the wait, although only slightly. I think the acting is ridiculous. Bella's character did not cry one ounce in the movie.. I think that is ridiculous. Girls cannot relate to that! They want to see her in heartbroken pain.. crying because her love left her. Not screaming into the night from a nightmare and dark circles under her eyes. The acting is so unbelievably lame. I can appreciate that they do not want to switch actors in the middle of a saga movie, and also because when all of them were cast, they were all unaware of how this movie would turn into a cult classic right away. Over all it didn't exceed expectations nor did it disappoint.

If you like the book, then you will love the movie. As usual, the book is still better than the movie, but I've never seen a movie follow the book so closely. I am not trying to say it is exact, there are some theatrical liberties...but it is close enough, that I felt I was watching the book instead of imaging the book as I was reading...I couldn't have imagine that good! I could have done without the girls screaming as either guy took their shirts off...but I am not dead, I did enjoy seeing Taylor's new abs...just could have done with the screaming. I recommend for all Twilight Saga fans to see at least twice!

New Moon was my least favorite book & I was nervous how it was going to be translated into a movie, but what could have been a disaster, turned out to be a great thing. The introduction of Jacobs full character was amazing & the humor was just as great. The acting was better, the special effects were WAY better as was every other aspect of the movie. For sure it's worth seeing again!

New Moon was so much better than Twilight. I went to the midnight showing and was not disappointed that I did. I will definitely see it again in theater. They followed the book pretty well only veering off course a few times (unlike Twilight that was taking every side street it could). The audience laughed, cried, oohed and aahed (myself included) throughout. They definitely could have done a better job with Edward (Rob) and his makeup. He looked more like a zombie than a polished marble figure. And it did lack a few transitions and depth in certain scenes, but overall a great movie for Twilight fans.

Let me first say that I had low expectations going into this movie. I loved the books but after the first film I was sorely disappointed. These books seem tailor made to be movies and yet Twilight left me feeling....bored, annoyed and disgruntled.
Not the case for New Moon.
This movie was in an entirely different league than Twilight. Way better direction which led to great performances from the leads and the pace was fantastic. Quick when it needed to be, slow when it needed to be.
Great film, dont let Twilight get you down, go see New Moon!!!

I went in with reservations (I mean, sequels hardly ever surpass), I left craving more!
Far better than Twilight, and more true to the book. I wasn’t even annoyed by Kristen Stewart once. Once she is in Bella-mode she is Bella and less mellow-dramatic manic depressive, as she appears in interviews. Just wishing for more now, Only 221 days until Eclipse!!!

I really enjoyed the movie a lot. I liked Twilight, but wasn't all that impressed overall. But I really like this one a lot more. It seemed to stick to the book better than the 1st one. I just felt like this one was put together over all much better, acting, production, everything. Good job! & yes, I would recommend it, will see it again & will buy it when it comes out on dvd.

All movies fall short of the books. The movie does stay 99% true to the novel though. When it does stray or add something new ( like a fight scene that never happened), you won't mind because it makes for a better movie. Charlie and Jasper make this one funnier than Twilight. Alice is no longer cute but HOT. Esme and Rose are even more beautiful. Emmit is already acting like Bella's big brother. The Wolves were great! They definitely made it more watchable for us male fans.RAWR! I only wish they had shown more action/violence/biting. Overall, a great MOVIE. <--remember that u critical book fans.

I really enjoyed this movie so much. It was worth the wait. Chris Weitz really gave us so many colors throughout the film you can really feel them. They were very close to the book something that I liked very much
