AMAZING is the word that comes to mind when I think of New Moon, Chris really did a great job at directing this movie. He was very true to the book. Very impressed!!! I would definitely pay to see it again. Great Job Everyone!!!

This movie was soooooooo good. I'd even go as far as saying better than the first. Kudos to the new director. The movie stayed true to the book, and I can't wait for eclipse!!!

Very good. If you didn't read the books you may not get all of it or it may come across differently than if you did. The saga continues and pretty true to the book that was so addicting to begin with. I definitely think that this new addition to the series was done with great regard to Stephanie Meyer and her novel. Great job!

I was overall immensly pleased with how New Moon turned out. I felt the overall quality and acting was much better than the first. I really appreciated how they stayed extremely close to the book, and the changes they made were to make the movie better and it worked! I will definitly be seeing this many more times in the theatre!!

New Moon was SO MUCH better than Twilight. I think Chris Weintz had A LOT to do with it. Twilight was kind of cheesey and immature (Don't get me wrong I still loved it...kind of.) while New Moon is a serious, legitimate, incredible movie. Taylor Lautner's acting in this movie is INCREDIBLE! He is by far the best actor of his time. And I'm not just saying that because he's the sexiest who has ever existed, but because you actually believe that he is Jacob Black. GO SEE IT! I know I will be seeing it again!

This was an amazing movie -- way better than Twilight. I was on the fence before about Edward & Jacob but now I'm totally on team Jacob. Alice was her usual wonderful self and Jasper was pretty funny! And there were multiple other funny spots as well which made the movie very entertaining. Bella's angst comes across pretty well and Edward is more believable in this movie than Twilight.
The best part of the movie was Jacob. He's totally adorable and a very good actor. Go Team Jacob!

If you are a fan of the books and the first movie, you'll enjoy it. Taylor Lautner as Jacob is a nice eye candy to watch and the movie ends with a nice cliffhanger for Eclipse.

Went to the midnight showing with daughter and mom. We loved Twilight and I can't believe I'm saying this but New Moon is even better! The actors were so much more comfortable in their roles! The directing was awesome! Can't wait to see it again! And again!

Just take your girls and go see this movie...The diverse group of fans truly amazed me. From 10 year olds to what appeared to be 70 year olds there were chuckles and gasps and overall continuous entertainment sounds throughout the entire show.

I think this series benefited greatly by changing directors. The first movie had a lot of cheesy corny lines, whereas this one didn't have nearly as much. Yes Taylor Lautner took his shirt off more than he probably needed to, but then again, it wasn't bad to look at. I think this series will appeal more to those who read the books. When you have the extra insight on the characters, the little quirks that a non-reader may pin as bad acting/directing is actually a great portrayal of who the characters really are and the awkwardness of the situation. I hope the next movies are just as amazing, if not better.

This one was soooooooooooo much better than the first, the heartbreak, the hollowness of Bella, the WOLF PACK, Victoria...Everything about this movie was great, Chris Weitz is an artist. The actors seemed more comfortable this time around. His vision on this movie was incredible. Highly recommend people see it a few times.

As an avid Twilight fan, New Moon was my least favorite book, therefor it stand it will probably be my least favorite movie. New Moon was a slow moving book, i feel they did the best with what they had to work with. New Moon is important to the series for informational. My biggest problem is the way Edward "sparkles". In twilight it was a subtle glow, New Moon it was way over the top. It is hard enough to get vampire fans to even watch twilight, this "sparkle" looked like a joke.
All in all, if you like Twilight, you need to watch it before Eclipse comes out, but it is not a rush out and see in the theater kind of movie.

I absolutely loved about 98 percent of this movie. It goes by the book so well. The only negative thing I found was the ending. I believe that ending was too short and wasn't really "amazing". After saying that this movie was definitely worth the wait. LOVED IT!

its a great movie, however if you are an adult as I am you might want to go while all the teenagers are in school to avoid the constant screaming and oogling!! I will see it again because I am sure I missed quite a bit from not being able to hear over the love sick screams

The movie was great. They stayed as true to the book as the could and hit on many key details and lines, just in a different setting. I would see it again. Saw Twilight (did not see in movie when it came out) followed by New Moon. While Twilight was good New Moon was the best of the two. The wolf scenes were AMAZING! Jacob was a better character than Edward. Jacob was so BUFF! I love the darkness but humor Jacob has. Bella was a little annoying but that is how the character is suppose to be if you read the books. Might go see it again.

Personally i like the first movie better, but you can tell they had a little more of a budget to spend on this one! the effects were awesome, especially the wolves. this book is my least favorite out of the 4, so its natural that i wouldn't LOVE this movie, but it was definitely watchable. and so many bare chests--YUM. while there is a lack of edward, jacob definitely grows on you (and i am not a huge fan). kristen stewart's acting is also a lot better. Its definitely a fast 2+ hours!
