I loved this movie. It was worth going at midnight and fighting the line. The action was amazing. The fact that they kept it in close with the book is even more impressive. I cannot wait to see the other two. I definitely recommend this movie to everyone and can't wait to go see it again in theaters as well as buy the DVD.

I thought New Moon was better than Twilight but I still think they could be better....By Breaking Dawn I think that it will be up to par if they keep getting better as they go. I really enjoyed the movie though...i just thought parts were choppy and special effects were ok....Cast did great...followed the book...soo pretty good :) Still in Love with Character Edward..but Jacob was lookin mighty fine :)

Twilight had given me very high expectations for New Moon, but this movie definitely exceeded all expectations! However; it could have given a better lapse of time and shown more of Bella's depression she endured, but the overall movie was thrilling. Kristen Stewart is definitely one lucky girl to have two hotties fighting over her in the movie. The movie just makes you want to jump in and be apart of their lives... really live in the moment. The movie was actually long, but I could have sat there for hours upon hours if they wanted to keep it going! Definitely an outstanding movie with a great cast!!!! Two thumbs up with a standing ovation! I will be seeing this movie again very soon!!

This movie blew me away! I loved it, maybe even more than Twilight. Chris Weitz did an awesome job and the CG effects were pristine. I will probably see it at least 2 or 3 more times in theater!

I've read all of the books and really enjoyed the first movie. I think that New Moon stuck very close to the story line. You can't possibily have everything in the movie that was in the book but I think they did an excellent job of hitting the important key points. A lot more action and the graphics were great. Wish it would have ended a little differently but that is only because I am anxious for Eclispe to come out so I can see where they go with it. June is going to feel like forever. Overall I was impressed and I may go and see it again.

New Moon was better than Twilight. The acting was way better too, Edward and Bella were more comfortable next to each other. Omg I just love it is was great. Definitely going to watch New Moon 4 or 5 times more.

The movie held up really well, it was closer to the book than Twilight. I was not disappointed at all with any of the cinematic license. Whether you are Team Edward or Team Jacob, you are definiately going to want a little piece of Jacob after seeing him without his shirt. It was a good balance of the depressive state of Bella and Edwards's relationship with humor from Jacob and the wolf pack.

New Moon is everything it was built up to be and worth all the hype. I went at midnight last night and it was exciting sitting there watching the book I loved so much unfold on the screen. The movie is more glossy with better graphics than Twlight but stays true to the book. The relationship between Jacob and Bella is electrifying on screen and you can't help but root for the hottie Jacob has become. The action is there and there is fire on the screen throughout the movie. New Moon moves at a quick pace and leaves you wanting more at the end. Besides, it was also fun to go to the theater and see everyone wearing Twlight or "Team Edward" shirts. Kinda like this dorky little cult you get to be part of.

I never wanted to get into the Twilight saga hype until my sister made me read the books. The thing I appreciate about this series is it allows you to escape your everyday life and live in another world. I liked the first movie, but New Moon was definately a step up. The computer graphics were amazing. New Moon was my favorite book out of the series so I was expecting a lot and I was not let down. I was dissapointed with the music from this movie. The first soundtrack was amazing and you remember parts of the movie because of the songs used; this movie not so much. I am not team jacob and I am not team edward, I love them both. It was nice seeing a little more of jacob in the movie. Very good movie and I can't wait for the next.

If this doesn't get Hollywood off of Chris Weitz's back after The Golden Compass, I don't know what will. New Moon had action, romance, and humor. Robert Pattinson better watch his back because Taylor Lautner stole the show. He worked hard and it showed. The wolves looked phenomenal, and the Volturi were terrifying. The only reason I didn't give this movie five stars is because I wanted MORE of the wolves and the Volturri. They made up the most captivating moments of the movie by far.

I went into this with an open mind because I knew that there would be some stuff that wasnt included. Aside from that obvious aspect of converting a book to a movie, I thought it was great. The characters grew and the story was beautiful. Of course another thing you can avoid with going from book to movie is the pace and how long they pay attention to one or some details. I thought the pace was a tad too fast and that some of the helpful dialog in the book was overlooked. BUT, that movie was genius. The only thing I was unsure about it was how they would end the movie, which I was completely suprised with. I enjoyed everything about this movie and I can not wait for the 3rd, 4th, and hopefully a 5th one. New Moon is the love :)

I thought the movie was much much better than the first although it still had some cheesy lines, it was funny and interesting the whole way through. It was so amazingly close to the book i was more than surprised. New Moon is definitely my favorite movie.

It was an overall, good movie. They touch on all the key points in the movie. Kristen seems more convincing then the last movie, but Robert's facial expressions just kill Edward for me.

Such a great movie. I loved the Twilight movie, but probably only because of association with the books. When I heard they had hired a new director, I thought it sucked bc I didn't think anyone else would stay as true (kinda) to the books as Hardwicke. I WAS WRONG. Weitz stayed very true to the original story and the movie was an excellent portrayal in all ways, shapes and forms.
I thought the cast did a great job as well... Twilight was good, but KS and RP were a little awkward at acting in certain points in the first film IMO. Not true of the second film. I thought they both portrayed their characters flawlessly.

It was delightful to watch a movie, primarily filled with teenagers, that did NOT involve drugs, alcohol, foul language or "physical activity".
I still think Twilight (part 1) is awesome (the mystery, secrets being revealed etc). I am curious to see what "Eclipse" has to offer.
I just hope the entire saga isn't "drag out" and we are still viewing part 7 or 8.

I thought the movie was better than the first in the series (mainly better acting on Stewart's part) and although condensed, it was quite close to the book. There were obviously things from the book that I wish made it to the movie (like more of Bella integrating with the wolf pack and their tribe legends). But I was definitely impressed with the overall outcome, though I will always enjoy the book just that much more!

It was definitely better than the first one. Again Kristen Stewarts acting was below par but the increase in action scenes and overall story picked up were she slacked. I was disappointed in the story changes from the book but it is to be expected of movies they just can never leave a good thing as is.

I am not sure what I was expecting as far as New Moon was concerened but my expectations were met and exceeded! Awesome movie! Will be going back to the theaters to watch it again with my sister and maybe my mom and I can't wait! The actors did a great job! Very impressed with how true they stayed to the book. :)
