Overall it was a good movie. I would see it again. I did think that there were some scenes that could have been done better, but they hit the best parts from the book and tried to covered as much as possible.

This movie was definitely better than the first one - it was funny, completely true to the books, and overall the script and filming was vastly superior. I really enjoyed the movie. It moved quickly, but had to to cover the entire storyline. =)

This movie was incredibly slow. It was almost excruciating to watch as the director tried to put every detail (including some of his own) from the book into the movie. It was boring and fake although better than Twilight. I can give the actors props for actually trying to do what the director wanted (namely having to screech awkwardly in bed and act depressed), but it just wasn't very captivating.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

This was definitely better than the first movie! The action was light years ahead of the last one. Everything just looked better in general. One thing I didn't like was (and I may be wrong about this) that they put too much emphasis on the Bella and Jacob relationship the wrong way. From what I remember in the books they were never close to kissing. It just seems like they did that to please "team jacob" fans and the people who didn't read the books. Gratuitous is what I'm calling it. Other than that I loved it!

Ok, so I'm 26 and this is rediculous that I'm swooning like a 14 year old but yes the movie was so AMAZING, I agree with others when I say it was BETTER than Twilight. There was so much more content in this movie and I felt like it was TRUE TO THE BOOK. I was impressed with the graphics and the wolf pack even though I am so Team Edward dang those muscles were sure hot! If you love Twilight Saga you need to see this, you won't be disappointed!

I've read all the books and by far out of the 2 movies this one is my favorite. The acting was so much better in the is movie and I am now a Jacob fan. I think everyone even if they weren't too big of a fan of the book should see it.

This movie i think was so much like the book that i was shocked...i love this movie so much, the only part i didnt like about it as the music that was playing during some of the sceens but other then that i would see this more everyday...i love how this director keep it to the book, and add the little small details in some of the sceens...i a SOOOOO happy that this movie turned out the way it did...i cant wait for it to come out on DVD now..lol

I KNEW the acting flaws in the first movie had more to do with directing and editing than with the actors themselves! New Moon is proof! All the actors' have shown their talent in previous movies and/or shows! Jacob does NOT disappoint! ;-)

This movie blew the first one out of the water. I was angry when I left the theater because they really screwed the first movie up and I wanted the first one to have the impact that New Moon had. The next 2 movies have high standards to live up to because of this one. Excellent!

I went to the midnight prmiere and standing in line to get in for 3 hours was so worth it!!!!! Although they cut parts of the book out and added a few things of their own I was very impressed and it was way better than Twilight. Although I am Team Edward all the way Taylor Lautner almost made me cross over. He was amazing in this movie and they all portrayed their characters much better in this one. I think I might just go watch it again. Cant wait for Eclipse !!!!!!!!

I was nervous to see New Moon because Twilight did not meet expectations. However, New Moon exceeded all expectations I had. I was apprehensive about the new scenes they added but I actually enjoyed them. Another thing that surprised me was how much I laughed. The comic relief was excellent. I was either laughing, crying, or on the edge of my seat the entire time. And considering I have read the series multiple times, that's something. I loved the movie.

I went to the midnight release in Vista.. and all I can say.. WORTH IT!!! I am VERY happy with the movie..they stayed true to the book which is what was wrong with TWILIGHT. The acting was very good as well. I luv it!! luv it!! I plan to go again this week. I am sooo happy with it!

I was very pleased with the movie. While I think I am partial to Catherine Hardwicke's directing, Chris Weiz did a great job. Robert Pattinson took it to a whole new level with the acting and Kristen Stewart did better than I thought she would, though her acting still makes me cringe. Taylor Lautner was pretty good, though a couple points in the movie were a little awkward. It very funny, too. I laughed alot. And there was more action, especially a cool chase scene with Victoria that I think was done very well.
And the leading men are very sexy, good for women to look at. Guys would probably feel awkward because of all of the shirtless men walking around :]

I took my fifteen year old daughter and a group of eight more friends to see the midnight showing. It was worth it! The acting was much better, especially that of Taylor Lautner, and the story was very close to the book.
