New Moon was great. It follows the book beautifully, the acting is much better than Twilight and the special effects fantastic! For any one who didn't like Jacob before, I think you'll find it hard not to find him endearing. Can't wait for more Twilight!!!!

Im not a 13 year old girl, so maybe my idea of a good movie goes beyond the great wolf abs in this movie. After the first Twilight and the really bad casting choices for the Cullens, I was really looking forward to a better made New Moon The overall film really lacks in just simple good acting. Sorry to all the Kristen Stewart fans but she just doesnt deliver and im worried that her worst is yet to come.

I have not read any of the books so I didn't have anything vested on whether it was good or not, but took my girls to the midnight showing to score some points with them and I have to say I really liked it!!! Seeing my little girl giggle, jump in her chair and hide behind her hands when Jacob took off his shirt.: priceless!... I was right there with ya baby girl! He's HOT!

I loved it! Rob and Kristen were fantastically accurate to the emotions, and after this movie I have true respect for them and Taylor Lautner as well. I was awed. It was true to the book down to most of the dialog and the parts that were not included were effectively communicated in between. I feel that every crucial part of the book was effectively included which was not the case and originally disappointed me on the first movie. The visual effects truly made my heart jump, and although no one could convey romance and fascination like Hardwick, Weitz film quality was indisputably better, great in fact. I went to the premier, have tickets to take my 11 yr old and join my girlfriends this weekend. I can't wait for the next picture!

Well I have to say the acting is way better but the ending was just not a good one. I mean the whole Idea of asking her to marry him was great and all but left me with so many questions and its not like an episode of The hills where you watch the rest the next week I mean we have to wait a year to watch the next movie and that's a real long time. I just think the ending could have been a whole lot better. Very exited about the next movie.

As a avid reader I was wondering how they were going to make New Moon feel like the book , When I read New Moon I felt like i was peering into a window of Bella , Edward and Jacobs lives.. The book is amazingly well written - I loved it , couldnt put it down in fact ! As I turned the last page of the book my heart was fluttering .... Waiting for the movie ... And dashing out to get the next book ! I was pleasently surprised by the movie , directing ( although there are a few scences that the director uses the spinning around angle - made me alittle dizzy ) It was also niceto see that cast had matured there acting skills ! Overall it was a great Movie , Good Action , Close to the book - Fans should be very pleased.

I give the movie 5 stars only because the obvious changes in who directed this movie are MAJOR. However those of you who have read, and most likely those of you who have not read the books will leave the theaters feeling like you were cheated. They skipped major content that is crucial in the story and relationships for the next 2 books, and movies. It was very disappointing! I left not knowing exactly what I watched besides a depressed girl with issues and a magnet for things not of this reality.

I gave it four because of minor issues. The story moved very quickly, but that was to be expected because it couldn't be as drawn-out as the book. This was to be expected, but i kept getting caught up in the way the book was. Positive elements: Definitely more aesthetically pleasing than Twilight. The colors were much richer--gold, reds, and browns. Another enjoyable element was the humor. Never been much of a Jessica fan, but she even had some cute one-liners. Last, although the movie was different, it was still that beautiful love story that the viewer will be oh-so-envious of. I think that the actors and the characters have matured so wonderfully.

Saw it at the midnight showing. Over 2000 Twilight fans. After the first hour still waiting for all the action to start. The actors did not convince me this time. There was more dialogue and they had to actually talk. All of the action that is in the movie they already showed you in the trailer. I am still a Twi fan but I hope Eclipse is better:)

This was a movie that I would have camped out butt naked in the pouring rain for two weeks without a tent just to see. The story was so amazingly put together and the effects were even better. I loved twilight.. but New Moon has put itself in a whole new category of movies...Waiting and holding my breathe for Eclipse....Thank you for writing these books and makin moves out of them....my daughters and I love them all.
