This movie was excellent. Would see it again. This movie was better directed and had more believeable acting than Twilight. The cgi graphics are also very believeable when Jacob and the others turn into wolves.

After watching Twilight I wasn't sure I would like New Moon but I really enjoyed it. It also helped that I went to the midnight showing so I was able to feel the excitement with all the other fans. I would recommend this movie to all people because it had cool special effects but also a love story. Please go see it and support the wonderful people who have brought us this movie and the movies to come

When I first saw Twilight I was very diappointed and I never enjoyed it until after viewing it three times! NEW MOON was just the opposite! What a difference...it was REALLY good. I was on Team Edward before but am considering switching to Team Jacob now. Better acting, better special effects and a much better movie.

Well-directed, well-shot, GREAT special effects- love the wolves. The dialog at times was cheesy and melodramatic, but most vampire movies ARE cheesy melodramatic - this is about vampires and werewolves - it IS melodramatic! Very entertaining....will watch it again!

After watching Twilight over a dozen times, I was a little hesitant to go see New Moon because I was afraid it wouldn't live up to expectations....Boy was I surprised! This movie is great from beginning to end and the special effects blew me away!

I enjoyed this movie better than Twilight. I thought the characters did a better job of playing their parts and were more expressive. The pace of the movie was good--I didn't feel like it dragged at all. There was a lot of slo-mo somehwat cheesy scenes where the audience outright laughed, but overall I really enjoyed it and would love to see it again in the theater.

"New Moon" was a excellent movie to go see. I took my 13 year old daughter and her friends to the midnight premier and they loved it! The reaction from the movie goers during the movie was amazing, everyone responded at the same time with the same oohs and aahs! I recommend seeing "New Moon."

My only wish is that it would have been longer ! I read the books so my review could be a bit tainted. Although the movie picked up on the high points of the book, it moved to fast through what I consider relavent scenes. I would have liked to see a little more of the wolf pack & Bella's relationship with them & more detail with the Volturi. Overall the acting improved. It was really cool to see how the younger cast members grew in the portrayal of their characters. I also appreciate the fact that I didn't have to cover my 11 year olds eyes because there were no make-out scenes! Obvious love, but nothing to set off a multitude of questions! This will be a movie that I watch over & over again!

It definitely kept my attention and was fully engrossing. The dialog and the acting were still nearly as bad as they were in the last film, but it was easy to move past. I haven't read New Moon in awhile, but I didn't notice that thye changed stuff just to change it, which is something that always drives me crazy. Bella looked beautiful and Jacob and Edward were intoxicating as always.

I took a group of 16, 12-13 year-olds and they loved it! It's rare to find a movie this age group enjoys that includes age-appropriate chemistry between the characters without crossing the line into implied physical acts. I think this movie strikes the right note with respect to themes of danger and physical attraction without the customary graphic innuendo or portrayal.

This was my Favorite book, so i was very happy to see it played out. it was very different from the book, but it still got the main point across. all though the acting is terrible and the books are way better.. i just cant stay away from those boys. :) they are so hott in this movie. Edward is a lot more in this movie then he was mentioned in the book.. overall go see it .. if u love the books then you will love the movie :)

I thought it was a good second part to the twilight saga, because it followed the book. it lefted you wondering what the thid sequel will be like and made you fall totally in love with a new character.

Okay, I absolutly love the way the director(Chris Weitz) handled this. He definately stayed true to the book and i loved every second of the movie. I just think the ending could have been a little better. That totally gave it away to even the ones who have not read the books. Overall, it was awesome!!

I went into this movie with very little expectation as I was not too thrilled with the adaptation of the first book. That being said I was extremely happy with New Moon; how the movie was shot; which scenes were chosen, the acting (aside from a few scenes with Kristen) was great, the director stayed true to the feel of the book. In my opinion Jacob stole the show. Not just because he looked amazing shirtless, but because he was so natural, you really believed he was Jacob. Edward was great, as always! The way they incorporated him in the movie was just enough to capture the true feeling of longing and separation. A few scenes were missing but all in all it was amazing. I liked it so much I'm going to go see it again on Sunday.

NEW Moon was terrible. Hardly any fight scenes & the fights were short. CGI looked too fake. A lot of the scenes were long with no point to it, & the important ones were very brief. Everytime Edward & Bella kissed, they made it look like it's their 1st time all over again, like they're going to have a "you know what" ah-hem(!) Reminds me of 'Unfaithful' [which btw was a great movie]. I'd be feeling pretty uncomfortable if I'd taken a pre-teen with me to go watch New Moon, let alone if that kid was my own child! All that ABS was A LOT for most of the lil' girls who sat in the theater. Actings--BAD! Worst than Twilight. New Moon was blown out of proportion. Not looking forward to Eclipse.

I thoroughly enjoyed the movie. It was a step above the first one (I'm sure a bigger movie budget helped). The young main actors still seemed to struggle in trying to convince me of the emotions they were supposed to be experiencing. Based alone in the fact that I'm a Twilight fan, it would not have mattered how the film was reviewed, I still would have seen it.
