This movie rocked!!! It was great!!! Full of action and romance. Much better than Twlight. I LOVED it!! I didn't even cry!!! I couldn't with all the suspense and waiting for the movie!!! I can't wait for Eclipse to come out. Kudos to Stephanie and the director!!! Kudos also to the acotrs!!! You all were great. Especially Tyler!!! Wow!!!! Great abs!!!! Must see if you are not even a Twlight fan.

This one was better than the first one. I liked how it went along more with the book than twilight did. Wish it would have been a bit longer to fit in more from the book. But overall loved the movie and will see it again.

If you have ever read the books, you can get mad about the screen plays and actors. If you've never read the books, it makes a good, not great movie. If you see this, then you've probably seen the first movie. The acting is more fun, but is still not great. I feel the actors did not do a good job. At least with this movie they kept the story in order and didn't change too much (like the Italy scene). I just feel they left out a lot of "key" information that was in the book. You wouldn't know what was really going on unless you read the book. It was better than Twilight though.

This movie was so much better than the first!And can I say kudos to Kristen Stewart for really making us feel Bella's pain.To Taylor Lautner for stepping up to the plate and playing the best Jacob possible and to Rob Pattinson you were amazing. okay, first things first, what the **** was with the acting in this movie. the only good acting was performed by jacob's character, the Volturi actors, and bella's father. rob tried way to hard and put the wrong amount of emotion in many parts of the movie. Kristin did okay with the depression part but didn't have the feel of Bella right when it came to the parts with rob. it seemed like she was holding back too much. i think the only good parts of the movie were the storyline(which was already created for them), taylor taking his shirt off, and the special effects...all in all, just read the book and dont waste your money to see it in theaters.

I have anticipated this movie for a long time and I feel a little cheated. In my opinion if you didn't read the books, you're going to be lost. You are going to take a lot the looks and lines between Ed and Bella as bad acting the movie didn't go into how scared he is of hurting her physically he loves her and wants her. They show it in the 1st but not the 2nd. They leave out a lot of little details, but it's the little detail's that make the chemistry movie's need. This movie is great and I would recommend it to anyone.

Thank goodness for a new director and bigger budget! New Moon was just a better movie than Twilight (can they please remake it?!). Better acting, better special effects...great 2nd installment. Eclipse and Breaking Dawn can only get better from here.

We absolutely LOVED this movie! This Twilight movie is so much better than the first! Everything from the acting to the filming was markedly better than the first. We loved the cast who played the Volturi!! We cannot wait for Eclipse to be released.

I absolutely loved my New Moon experience. Somehow, they've figured out how to take hotness to a WHOLE new level. And thanks to Stephanie Meyer, the storyline is riveting. I like how the movie played out, and it held my interest throughout. Lots of comic relief too! I remember some incredible camera angles and good computer graphics. It's very addicting. I can't choose if I'd rather have Jacob or Edward, they're both incredible characters. I WANT TO GO WATCH ThIS movie OVER and OVER again!!!!!!!!

I have read all the twilight book saga, I have to say this one was good.....The 1st one was good but I felt this one left the 1st in the dust lol....especially the ending of this one will make everyone want more ;) I would recommend this movie to everyone I know! especially to all twilight fans! I'm a big fan of twilight. I've read all the books 3 times. I'm very impressed with the movie being just about the same as the book. They picked good characters but i thought Dakota Fanning should have not played Jane because she looked too young. Kristen played a good Bella and so did Robert Pattison. I enjoyed the music it went well with the movie. I plan on watching this movie 3 or 4 times. I recommend this film to any one who loves vampires and romances.

Kristen's part as Bella and Robert's as Edward were very underdeveloped. They spent most of the movie with him brooding and her pouting/screaming with her dreams (those scenes were stupid).
Michael Sheen and the other Volturi and the Italian scene was poorly done as well.
Taylor did an excellent job and I think I am now a "Team Taylor" person now.
The guys who played the wolves will hopefully be better developed in Eclipse.
Loved Alice and Jasper. They need their own movie, maybe one for Rosalie and Emmett and one for Doc and Esme too.

New moon was AMAZING! I didn't really like the book so i wasnt sure if i would like the movie or not but i loved it. Taylor did a good job bulking up to play Jacob which not only did he do a good job playing that part but he was also very hott. I would recommend this movie to nebody that hasnt seen it cuz i def wana go see it again..cant wait 4 eclipse=]

This movie was WAY better than the first... I mean.. leaps and bounds better than the first. I was NOT a twilight fan after seeing the first one, but I do have to say that now I'm definitely a fan. I don't read the books and don't care, BUT I love a good story and some good acting and this movie was meeting those requirements pretty well. I'm on no one's "team", but I am looking forward to next summer for the next movie.

We, my daughter and two of her friends, really enjoyed the movie. The characters came to life better in this one. Taylor plays Jacob so well, you just fall in love with him all over when you see the movie. Can you tell I'm on team Jacob. LOL The movie stayed true to the book and that's what i really liked about it. I like that Dakota is in this movie and will be in the next few, she's so talented. . We can't wait until June to see the next saga. TEAM JACOB!!! :)

This movie surpassed all of my expectations. i felt that this approach to the movie did the book a lot more justice than the first movie. Chris Weitz was a phenomanal director. I also felt that the connection between Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson continued to be outstanding on the screen. Taylor Lautner clearly stepped up for this role. He blew me away with his acting skills. He was funny, smart, witty, angry, and everything i ttook to make Jacob come alive. The CGI, stunts, and acting were all very impressive. The thing I enjoyed most was how in the movie Bella sent emails to Alice, it was a very interesting and great way for Bella's distress and inner monologue to be presented to the viewers. Great Job!!

1. The movie had a bigger budget so everything was better! The contacts that the vampires wore, the scenery, the outfit and everything else was amazing.
2.The New Moon book was all about the growing relationship of Jacob and Bella. everything just about that in the book was unchanged in the movie.
3. The acting was better than the first movie.
4. Werewolves look awesome!

Over all this movie was great!! It was 100% better then the first one. It stuck to the books very closely. Taylor Lautner really stepped up and made himself believable as Jacob Black. Robert Pattinson was perfect as Edward, and Kristen Stewart IS the perfect Bella.
The soundtrack to the movie pails in comparison to Twilight's soundtrack and score.
I did love it over all, and plan on seeing it many many more times!

i loved this movie. i wish that the werewolf could have the girl but u cant get everything u want. overall the movie was great. acting was good the special effects were bomb expecially the werewolf phasing. very well put together and enjoyable.

I LOVED it, but I was a little disappointed it kinda jump around. The narration wasn't as good as Twilight and Jacob and Pauls fight happened a little different that was disappointing and I would of kinda liked for Rosalie to explain why she voted no to turning Bella that would of kind been cool. Oh she didn't go to work at all and the part when she got on the mans bike that WAS CORNY!!!!!!! Other then that I thought it was Great, I LOVED it, The books are AWESOME!!!!! The movies are AWESOME!!!!!!! I CAN NOT WAIT TILL ECLIPSE!!!!!!! O n Rob is so hot LOVE him, n Jacob's body WOW!!!! lol

I thought the movie was pretty good, mostly because I loved the books. I thought Jacob and Bella's relationship could have been developed a little bit more. I didn't feel the love between the two like I did in the book. Scenes were combined to make it shorter, but the director did a good job on that. all actors/actresses are pretty hot so it turned out well!

the effects are better and the story remains the same as the book, which is an important matter for the people who have read the books and follow the sequel.
