Well acted, but a bit unrealistic because lots of people in LA don't walk around. Could have shot in more locations or showed more architecture of downtown LA. Also, why was he so attached to her? There could have beenmore scenes or their happiness or laughter. I am glad that they met new people.

I absolutely loved this movie, its different, it doesn't have a perfect ending which makes it that much better than every other love story. The two main characters are really cute and aren't really even the main characters its more about love and its changes. It's a movie worth seeing.

This is a story about love, not a love story. Although the characters Tom and Summer played prominent roles, Love and its limitations in a relationship were clearly the central characters. The shifting of days captured an actual walk through memories of an individual. Adding to the story, the cinematography also worked to create the feel of memory. The colors were dark enough to lose the vibrance of life, but still were enough to highlight the piercing blue eyes of Deschanel. In a day of crystal clear HD pictures, It was refreshing to see the picture unpolished. The graininess spoke to the loss of detail in memory. The movie is excellent, probably not what most would be expecting, but nonetheless worth the time to see.

I took my daughter to see this movie because the reviews on both Sandra Bullock movies and the Jennifer Anniston movie wasn't good. What a disappointment. We walked out of the theatre feeling depressed -- that isn't what I paid for. The lead male character is a great guy and the lead female plays games and is cold. Yuck -- who wants to watch that! There really isn't anything humorous in it and the ending is ridiculous -- big play on Summer and Autumn -- give me a break. When will Hollywood come up with something worth watching?

I would have loved them to see together at the end...!!! But I must say both have done a great job in portraying the limitations and frustrations in a relationship which is too deep in a way but not so deep at the same time....nice work!!!

this movie is so good. I went not knowing much about it but it turned out to be a great movie. I love independent films and it had that feel to it. The actors do an amazing job. I will buy this movie when it comes out.
