This was a very good book, better children's book and best live performance I have seen...although it was the encore. I was moved beyond words...to laughs...to tears...such an empowering story at this time in my life. Most people think Glen Beck equals political talk...not a mention...so much more.

Excellent! Both heart wretching and heart warming at the same time. I had read the book but the movie really brought home the point. Glenn is mesmerizing as he creates the different roles. I feel sorry for those who have not seen the movie. They missed a life altering experience. Should it come out on DVD it will be the best gift I can give to friends and family.

I left the theatre feeling like I had just endured a full 5 days of Family Week at the Treatment/Rehab Center. VERY intense and emotionally exhausting. Confused towards the end when it seemed like the whole thing was a dream and his Mother was alive and well. I assumed this is how he "wished" it would have turned out...like the accident was just a bad dream. Having had two petulant teens myself, and at one time being one myself, it was easy to identify with the remorse/regret. Sometimes I feel I have found my redemption; other times it eludes me and it isn't there at all. But it is a process, isn't it? Glenn has a GIFT. And he gives it (education) to us every night on FOX. Thank you, Glenn.

I think this movie was really good and thought provoking. Gives me pause to reflect on my own life and trials and tribulations. I really believe young people in their late 20's or early thirties should see this movie. I believe it would make them look at their parents in a completely different way and in fact appreciate them more, before they are gone and it's too late to let them know.

I saw a beautiful side of Glenn Beck that I was not aware of. I see he is also a talented actor and author after watching this special event. I also saw him on Barbara Walters this week, and his comment to one question was that he hopes that America will say to him that he was wrong. He is doing this for America and for his children. So his children will know what their father stood for. Notice that the performers were very ordinary people...no starlets. Re Glenn's hate mail.....people who tell the truth and stand for truth are always hated. For most the truth rubs against their conscience and that makes them very uncomfortable....look what the Pharisees did to Our Blessed Lord.

My husband and I went to the Encore show last night. What an awsome and inspiring message for anyone going through a storm. Not a dry eye in the theater. Glenn Beck is a beautiful person inside and out. I just wish the sound would have been better, it was very low at times and I know besides my husband, there were others there that were hard of hearing. He missed so much of the show.

I very much enjoyed the movie and Glenn did an excellent job. While no one can deny that we all face storms and must walk through them if we want to be a victor, I expected a little more origional plot. How many Christmas stories are out there with sweaters (or sweater look alikes) teaching us that what is important is not things but feelings and family? I expected a rendition of "when you walk through a storm, hold your head up high" at the end. What saved the movie for me was Glenn himself and his very real life story that he is so generous with sharing with us. Glenn is one of my heros.

This show left me speechless (not an easy task). Beck does an incredible job of presenting the story of the Christmas sweater. This one-man show is one of the best I've ever seen.
With no set, no props, and no supporting actors Beck uses just his voice and his actions to present the story in a very personal way. Who knew he was so talented?
Regardless of your politics, this is a must-see for the Christmas season. I wish it were showing again so I could send my friends to see it.

My wife and I didn't know exactly what to expect. We had heard great things about the book though neither of us had read it. It was a wonderful show that we plan to make a family tradition. Glenn portrays each of the characters and goes through and tells the story of a 12 year old boy named Eddie and the most important Christmas of his life. Now now one of the most important Christmas's of my life.

Loved this movie! Glenn's open and honest sharing of his journey to discover who he is serves as an inspiration to everyone. I only hope I can be as great a "Russell" as Glenn is. I took my 17 yr old daughter and 12 yr old son to see The Christmas Sweater and we all loved it! It is a powerful dramatazation of love, despair, faith, hope, forgiveness and redemption. The music was spectacular and the true life stories of ordinary Americans who made it through their own personal storms to find themselves strengthened and renewed by their experiences was unbelievably inspirational! Go see it!! It will change you!!

My wife and I loved the movie. This movie was unique in its format, but very inspirational. I would see it again, for sure, and I would encourage parents to take their kids on the next time around. The only negatives were the low, low volume in our AMC Woodlands theatre, a picture that was not of high quality, and bringing up the people at the end would have been better in a different forum.

My husband and I are both big Glenn Beck fans - he is so real and humble - not like many TV talk show hosts. We took two friends in their 80's and we were all totally amazed at how multi-talented Glenn is. His passion and sincerity cannot fail to draw people into this very personal story. We would recommend it to everyone - especially those with kids. Thanks for being so real Glenn!

No matter what the storm, we each must make the decision to use the power of the fear that surrounds us and take that first step. The presentation is a powerful message outlining what each must do to find forgiveness and redemption, and most importantly, that we must reach out to those who are trying to help and to those who need a hand.
