This was an excellent movie, I dont think I stopped laughing for the first 10-15minutes of the movie. It keeps you into the movie the whole time with different humor like the kill of the week, you want to see what they're going to come up with in zombie killing.

Not even kidding. I LOVE zombie movies and I love a good ol' comedy that can make you laugh the entire time. Who would have thought you could get both of those things in one movie? This movie easily falls in the title of movie of the year and my personal favorite movie ever! Not only was it zombie killing fun there was also an actual story to it. I give this movie 5 out of 5 stars but I think it deserves more like 20 out of 5 stars ;)

Zombieland is definitely the zombie movie of the decade. It reinforces my hope that zombies really bring about the end of the world. It would be so fun.
Woody Harrelson is hilarious, and each character steals the show at some point of the movie. Ruben Fleischer tastefully portrays the more humane reactions to a zombie apocalypse without degrading the humor to a nonhumorous and cheesy level.
You will be entertained and clap while you laugh at zombies devouring humans while Columbus, played by Jess Eisenberg, narrates his rules to survive in "Z-land."

From the first preview, I KNEW I wanted to see this movie. It is the best movie of 2009! This is a film I will most likely see over and over because it was so great! I want to take everyone I know to see it so I can get their reactions. I suggest it to everyone who likes zombies even remotely! Not your average Zombie flick I must say, but Zombieland hit in all the right places. Terrific acting from a wonderfully funny--corny, but funny cast and cinematography that could not have been handled better. This movie was an absolute treat and well worth staying up late on a weekday to watch the midnight premier. The cherry on top? The uncredited star cameo.

I was never sure what to expect, I was expecting a corny screw ball comedy but what I actually got was a movie with depth... Strange.
The comedy is a result of the sit. the characters are placed in just dealing with life and the world, not trying to force a funny line into the situation rather letting the humor come from it. (Many writers seem to forget this method)
The movie itself is very well shot and has a point to it. I really liked this movie, and yes it is very funny.
Go see it, this is not a screw ball comedy rather a zombie smash fest with classic humor and great character development without a 1 hour explanation of who each one is.

Lastly, Zombieland The Movie Rule #1: Enjoy the film for what it is. Don’t go digging around Zombieland for realism. Some of the characters’ decisions are questionable and the whole zombie scenario is implausible, but this is a gem of a film that is immensely enjoyable for what it is.
