Great Job of getting me stired up about inequalities of these greedy people.
But, we need more handcuffs. I want to see busloads of handcuffed white collared people hauled off to jail.
Suggested new Movie Title:
The oil and energy cartels.

Very funny! After the movie I knew more about derivatives than capitalism. I learned about the profound influence of the working class in the U.S., the corrupt and unethical leaders of our government, and lone stars in leadership, such as Jimmy Carter. Sad to see a demented man, Ronald Reagan, being exploited by unscrupulous "advisors" for the last four years of his presidency. Capitalism and democracy can live together, see Sweden. Comunism and capitalism can live together, see China.
What is bad is greed, envy, and gluttony.
See this movie it is worth it!!!

yes, it has the typical michael moore schtick (cordoning off the NYSE with crime scene tape; backing up an armored car to the Goldman Sachs HQ)....and i thought he let Obama off too easily (after all, he installed Geithner and more of the re-tread Goldman boys into positions of power)...also, relying on the Catholic Church to validate your claim of the immorality of capitalism? meh.....pretty weak on that point.
but overall this is a well-executed de-pantsing of capitalism. entertaining, educational and with just the right amount of partisan zing. i left the theater angrier than i've been about this stuff than i had been in a while, and i guess that's exactly the point.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Some scenes were obviously exaggerated - trying to reclaim the taxpayers' money. Nevertheless, it was enjoyable, and provocative. There was a strong story contained within the movie, that is, how the public has been propagandized to accept the abuses and inequality imposed on them by those who benefit from capitalism .
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Like most Michael Moore movies it has its over the top moments. He drives an armored truck to all the bailed-out banks demanding our money back. Michael surrounds the New York Stock Exchange in crime scene tape.
However, it is a thought provoking movie. It is interesting to see the extent to which the leadership of the Catholic Church condemns capitalism as evil.
The comparisons with the auto industry in other countries is interesting. Worker co-ops might not work at a larger scale than the bakery he visits. Worker participation on company boards may be a more practical solution for large industries. He discusses this alternative too.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

i loved this movie. I just don't understand how people could be as greedy and money hungry as they are. Why do you need so much?? If we spread the wealth this country would be a better place. We need to close the enormous gap between the rich and poor!We need an end to these money hungry dogs and higher pay to the hard working people who deserve it!!! It's devastating seeing so many people losing their homes as the rich stash in the cash.I'm only 19 and was the youngest in the theatre of only 6 people including myself, just sad.

This movie is a must see for every American. Michael Moore goes after Democrats and Republicans alike. It made me really angry, but made me laugh, entertained me, and although I feared it would leave me feeling hopeless it left me feeling energized and hopeful. It ends with some compelling stories where the little guys fought back and took down the giants. It is important that we begin to see what this country is honestly so we can begin to fix it. This is not the nation our forefathers created but we can get that back.

Michael Moore makes his case that capitalism is unhealthy. He thinks we ought to do away with it. I think we just need to regulate it better. Moore is preaching to the choir here, in the sense that few are going to buy tickets to a Moore movie, who don't already agree with him pretty well on politics. But this is an interesting and thought-provoking movie, if at times a bit slow. The greatest surprise: what the priests had to say.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
