The movie was all around awesome. They have done a great job. Special effects were excellent. Sound was particularly outstanding where I saw it, but maybe they just cranked up the volume for my showing. There was a perfect balance of action, comedy, and romance. Nothing overwhelming or nausea inducing, on the couple of romance parts. Recommended if you love action, super heroes and of course ... MARVEL. They did a great job. You must watch this if you like the aformentioned. A+ in my book!

This movie was loads of fun! The story was great, with a few key cheesy moments. The acting was good with Thor acting how you would expect as a powerful warrior, I am a bit biased as i am a fan of Thor but the movie is really very good and fun. There is even a breif appearance of another Avenger, see if you can tell who!

Fantastic movie. A little something for everyone. Norse Mythology (sort of) a super hero flick and a romantic comedy all rolled in to one. Chris Hemsworth and Natalie Portman were fantabulous. As were all of the supporting cast as well.
Really - the only way it could have been better is if Chris Hemsworth spent more time shirtless.

Thor starts off the summer blockbuster movies with a BANG!! Kenneth Brannagh directs an action and character packed superhero movie with punch! The visuals are beautiful as well, with a few Easter eggs scattered throughout the film. You truly feel for both Loki and Thor throughout the film as well as Odin. You don't feel like you're watching a two hour film with the pacing of the story. The Destroyer is picture perfect when he's on screen! Really, I only have about three small complaints dealing with the film and two of those deal with Thor's fight with the Destroyer, but I don't want to spoil anything for anyone. I will say to definitely stay and wait until the end credits are finished for a VERY special extra scene!

The movie was awesome. Kenneth Branagh did an amazing job directing. It was funny, awesome action and a good story. Natalie Portman was (and is) a 20/10. The only downside to the whole movie experience is that the movie started late, the base level was way too high, and the the way the movie looked that it was supposed to be in 3D. But still an awesome movie.

Thor was a tight experience with great dialogue, minimal cheesy moments, and impressive CGI. It reminded me of the original Spiderman; having the story deal more with the development of the character, rather than over the top action. Not to say the action wasn't great, because it was. Overall a fun, well excuted movie.

Thor was a very enjoyable movie. It had drama, Marvel history and no love seens which can ruin a good action movie. Chris Hemsworth was a very convincing THOR. The costumes were awesome. Every minute of the movie kept me wanting more. And the fighting seens were action packed, i just wish there were more. I can't wait to see THOR battle with other villians in later Marvel Movies.

Thor was good movie but not great. The story was good but had me wanting more. The action was just average and but the sound effects were good. Overall it was not worth going to the midnight show and I should have waited for it come out on DVD.
