I enjoyed watching She's Out of My League! There were soome good laugh out loud moments in the movie that I & everyone else in the theater had! And, it definitely exceeded my expectations. I took my year old son to see this. Well, I wouldn't recommend that teens see it in mixed company, & young girl teens will definitely get embarrassed, but my gosh, this movie is HYSTERICAL!!! And my son loved it too. R rating: The "language" is a few curse words in the beginning, then normal conversation with a few words appropriately placed where I didn't even notice it. The only nudity is a 2 sec. shot of HIS bare butt. The "sexual content" however, is throughout the movie, as the two develop their relationship & he tries to live up to what he thinks her expectations are. If it would have been any funnier, it would have been painful to laugh that much! Go see it!

Whether or not you are a man or woman you can find a silver lining in this movie. It is about shedding your cocoon of shyness and lack of confidence. I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews for this... It was effin hilarious!!!! I was laughing the whole time and so was audience we even missed some of the lines. It gives you hope in a world that is hopeless and sinister. Go see it you will laugh and be inspired.

Overall, it was decent. I probably wouldn't recommend spending full price on this ticket, but catch it on matinee. There are a few scenes that had me and the audience laughing so hard we probably missed some lines. The bathroom scene was awesome. Everyone in our group of 5 (3 girls, 2 guys) enjoyed the movie (and 2 of those people have fallen asleep in the last few movies they attended, so they're picky). A few slow parts, but overall a good time. Don't really know why it's rated R. Not THAT bad. No heavy drinking, some swearing, and only a little bit of nudity, no heavy sex scenes.

Better than the typical movie of this type however a bit "over the top". A few scenes were hilarious and some uncomfortably awkard. Can a family really be that disfunctional? The "chemistry" between the two main characters wasn't believable but I enjoyed it anyway.

I recommend waiting to see this on cable or DVD. If you are looking for romantic comedy, this isn't really it. The main characters don't really have any spark between them and it is not really romantic. As for comedy, it is way too raunchy for my taste. Lots of swearing that seemed out of place. It seems like this movie doesn't know what it wants to be. Call it a Romantic Raunch Comedy. It's not nearly as funny as American Pie or Superbad but it desperately wants to be in that club. Thinly developed characters don't help. Take a pass and wait for it to show up on cable. It shouldn't be a very long wait.

This movie is definitely funny, don't get me wrong, but you can tell the whole time they're trying to be the Judd Apatow crew, recreating the type of funny we've seen in 40-Year-Old Virgin, Knocked Up, Superbad, Role Models, etc. It's worth seeing, and Alice Eve is an absolute bombshell, so the guys have much more eye candy than the ladies in this one. Worth seeing. If I could give it 3.75 stars I would.

Funny parts in this movie. You get exactly what you expect with this film, like the lovable, unlikely dork who gets the almost-perfect girl and his archetypal best friends, but what's special about it is it's heart. The filmmakers make you understand how such an improbable thing can happen. Also nice is the restraint in this movie that's rarely demonstrated in other films of this genre. It doesn't go to unnecessary lengths to make a joke and its characters aren't completely one-note caricatures. Awesome film!

this movie was really good. it keeps your attention and definitely has some cute and funny parts in it. my boyfriend loved it too so it's not like it's an overly girly movie. i would definitely recommend seeing it.

This movie was a fun romp. Very well cast and well acted. Each character was believable in their role (did his family really have to be that awful?).
There were, as expected, cringe worthy moments -- and by cringe-worthy, I mean so embarrassing as to make you squirm in your seat. In the end, an underdog story where the guy gets the girl of his dreams.
Good fun movie.
