Although there WERE some great lines, and the baby was one of the funniest characters. It continues to amaze me how middle America finds grown men tearing a 4200 per night room up without remorse.

This movie is cleverly done, funny in spots you don't expect, and literally - what could happen in Vegas in the best possible way. I loved that you didn't know who most of the actors were - it didn't take away from the movie - only added to it. Each one of these actors is going to go far, especially the bearded guy; but they were all talented. Everyone I know has seen this movie two or three times - I just saw it my first - and I know its the first of many. Run - don't walk - to see it now!

This was the funniest, crudest movie I've seen in a long time. It was absurd, hysterical, lewd, crude, and so much fun! I wouldn't buy this movie - I couldn't have it in my house around my kids - but it was a great adult comedy. I haven't laughed this hard in forever, but be forewarned. There are no words for how explicit this movie can be. It gleefully crosses all lines of good taste. There are a few stills in the credits that I would have thought merited an 'X' rather than the 'R' it has. If you are easily offended, skip this one.

"The Hangover" is crude, vulgar, incorrect and so many levels...and ultimately hilarious.
It's the Vegas movie that Ashton Kutcher's "What Happens In Vegas" wishes it was. The characters here are quite memorable, although there are two or three that fell curiously flat (the Vegas wedding broker for starters) and some lines that were just profanities thrown to the wall to see what will stay and be laughed at. Fortunately, "The Hangover" runs at a mere 96 minutes, so it doesn't overstay its welcome and has a vulgarly hilarious stay-through-the-credits ending.

While there were some "dead zones" throughout the movie (5 minutes of nothing of interest), I laughed so hard, I cried. I cackled. And my stomach muscles hurt this morning. Definitely recommend this one. And I would go see it again.

A well told sick and twisted tale of four very different guys who go to Vegas for a Bachelor Party and wake up with no memory and no Doug - the guy getting married! Their mission is to figure out what happened and find him. The director has a great sense of comedic timing that can take you by surprise again and again to a very wrong place. The sight gags are great as are the actors working as a fine tuned ensemble. The end credits are impossible to read because you are totally distracted by the photo montage of their night out, and its hysterical. If you didn't love Animal House don't even bother to see this!

about this flick other than that it was a Old School meets Pulp Fiction meets Saving Silverman-type romp of gut busting laughter, complete with numerous scenes I found my self both ashamed and elated to be watching at the time.

One of the best comedies ever made. I won't go into plot analysis but I will say that I haven't laughed so hard consistently through a movie in a long time. If i wasn't laughing out loud I was giggling like a school girl. And where did Zach come from?? He was HYSTERICAL!!! Perfect casting. I could never decide if he was just a pothead slacker whose brain cells were fried or if he really was stupid. Either way he endeared himself to me before I could say "Jaegermeister". Favorite scene is the morning after, when they wake up to the suite all trashed and the burned chair. I want to see it again because I missed some lines while I was laughing. Go see it, you won't be sorry!
