Well done. A laugh a minute. You won't get bored. This is a repeat movie because there are so many little jokes and funny spots.
Be careful of taking young children or young teens, though. When they warn of nudity, they mean it.
Conclusion: two thumbs up!

this is a rare find. its the convergence of actually funny script, with like able and quirky characters. great direction combines with great story and we get a real adult comedy. unfortunately now we'll see Hollywood muck it up with sub par copies, not realizing that the elements that made it good were less about rated R but about the camaraderie and and the story of the characters.

There's three great things about this movie!
First and foremost it is SO FRICKIN' FUNNY!
Second, they include the audience in their 'chase' the whole time- you only know what they know!.
Finally, these relative unknown actors don't need star power to carry this movie, they have the script and their own talents to do that! You will definitely see these four guys again.
I give "The Hangover" 5 thumbs up!

Very funny movie. Keeps you going the entire time. Anyone that says its not funny (BrendanM) is obviously not reading the title. Why go see a movie named Hangover, when you are looking for sophisticated. Get a clue and move on with your negative review. Its a positive 99% on reviews, that says it all.

"The Hangover" is another reason why you should never trust the general public's opinion about what is "the funniest movie ever". The fact that this movie is so lauded by so many people, including friends of mine who can read and write, is depressing and a sad commentary on people's standards. I want my $10 back. I have never seen a movie in a theater with this much positive hype that was so flat out terrible. For the record, it was not creative, the timing and overall performances by the actors was amateur, the comedy/writing was barely sophomoric and used slapstick and crudeness to eek out some scattered chuckles, and the plot is about as sophisticated as a 9th graders R rated creative writing project. Pathetic.

Okay if you are looking for a "classic" comedy, you're in the wrong theatre. But for what The Hangover was, it was good. The humor is pretty base, and the acting and script are sub-par, but the plot is good and the parts that are supposed to be funny really are pretty funny. I might have preferred to Netflix this one, rather than pay 10 bucks a ticket to see it, but it was not bad at all. I just wish I had not already been told by friends that it was "the funniest movie ever" because my expectations were that I would be laughing till I cried, and that was really not the case.

I have not laughed this hard in a long time at the movies! I liked they way the story was told as the characters had to trace their actions from the night before...different. Unexpected laughs...and stay for the credits at the end...Funny

this is NOT as good as "Wedding Crashers" or "Something About Mary" as has been said'. While it is not as predictable as you might think for another "vegas gone wild" movie, and admittedly is entertaining, it doesn't keep you "laughing until you are crying".
