I didn't think I would enjoy this movie as much as I did! Lots of big laughs and a solid look at Vegas, the bawdy, bad and the sinful. This group of "average guys" hits every snag in the book, and fortunately they survive it so we can laugh at them one more time! A goofy bunch of misfits taking a try at Vegas - a familiar theme there. A great sumemtime adventure, and a ride that I'm glad I jumped on. Ladies, if you're on the fence about this one - I say "GO!"

My husband and I went to see this movie last night.....and we both LOVED it! We laughed the whole way through. I was a little worried I would not enjoy it because I usually don't like this kind of comedy....But I really did enjoy it! I would FOR SURE RECOMMEND this movie! It's good to laugh... :)

Don't get me wrong, I love comedy but I tend to stray away from this genre just because most films these days tend to be extremely VULGAR (a la Tropic Thunder... Borat...) However, this film, without any vulgarity, definitely delivers with their wits and their HILARIOUS characters... A comedy film like this is exactly what the rest should look up to ;)
TRUST ME, YOU WILL NOT REGRET WATCHING THIS FILM!

This movie was not bad by any means, but I found the humor and story very unrealistic and unrelatable. I have never been drunk or hungover so I found the story to be too far-fetched, yet it seemed to have been written in the light of it possibly being factual like people can get that messed up and live to tell about it in a humorous way. There was nothing charming about any of the main characters, and I thought some parts seemed too unscripted and flawed. At times for only a 90-minute movie it felt like it just kept going on and on. The funny guy and scenes for me were those with the guy from "Role Models", Ken Jeong. Without the energy of the audience I don't think I would have enjoyed any of this film.

I loved this movie! Yes, the humor is a bit over the top, but that is what makes it so funny. I've actually seen it twice. Most movies leave me with a little disappointment and feeling like I wasted my money and should have waited for release to DVD. Not this one. -worth every penny. I will buy this when it is out on DVD. All the characters did a great job. My favorite is Alan. This is not a movie for kids!

I was laughing throughout this entire movie. I definitely recommend it for men, women, and NOT children. My only complaint has nothing to do with the movie itself, but I saw it at the Pacific Theaters in El Segundo and the coming attractions before the movie were ridiculously inappropriate. There were 4 coming attractions and three of them were for awful, unnecessary, waste of money horror movies. If you see The Hangover at this theater, arrive late or see it somewhere else!

this is not a horrible movie at all. in an ideal world, though, this would be the worst movie playing nationwide- not a runaway hit of the summer. it speaks to the declining level of intellect and sophistication in this country that this movie is not being reviewed as the cute and pleasant movie that it is, but rather as a new comedy masterpiece.
this is yet another in a series of movies which seem like they are really directed at high school kids, but which adults go to see.
this is the kind of movie to watch on an airplane (and to ENJOY on an airplane). but it is not worth even minimal effort to go see. totally forgettable, all been done before.

Let's just say there were smiles, but no belly laughs in this movie. To me, this was Ed Helms' movie. Every character was believable with the exception of the buffoon carrying the child. He played a really annoying part. So, I was amused, not blown away.

As my Mom used to say, it's "bathroom" humor. We laughed, it was funny, gross, and a bit over the top, but we enjoyed it. It was probably geared more towards the college freshmen rather than parents of college freshmen, but we're open to some funny gross humor now and then. Too much ugly man butt, the Alan character was pretty funny. First time buying tickets online, and I find that if I buy the tickets online in advance, my husband can't back out of our date.
