The movie was hilarious right from the first frame. It had good twists like the moment you thought the reality would be out.. there was a funny turn.. The songs were little too much and slowed the pace, especially in the second half...
Out and out a hilarious film.. and good performance by everyone..

A very good and funny first half but the movie went hay wire during the second half. The director probably ran short of ideas and introduced the useless character of Bobby Deol and his son. Nonetheless, the movie definitely has its very funny moments specially during the first half. I feel Kiran Kher's role could have been enhanced as her chemistry with the gay couple really came across well. The director also did not do justice to the excellent song - "Maa da ladla". The picturization is a let down. John Abraham has acted well for a change, Abhishek's comic timing is great...he should do this more often and Priyanka looks sensous after a long time! Overall, a good movie which could have been better. A once watch.

Miami is the setting for DOSTANA. When Sameer [Abhishek Bachchan] and Kunal [John Abraham] are turned down for an apartment because the landlady [Sushmita Mukherjee] doesn't want two strapping young men to corrupt her young sexy niece Neha [Priyanka Chopra], they hatch a plan: they pretend to be gay to secure the apartment. Director Tarun Mansukhani is here to stay. Ayananka Bose's cinematography is top notch.Vishal-Shekhar's music goes well with the mood of the film. Abhishek delivers finest performances of his career. John will make guys and girls drool. Priyanka looks stunning and delivers a first-rate performance. On the whole, DOSTANA is a winner all the way. DOSTANA rocks... have a blast!
