I thought this was a great movie. For adults it was a little predictable at times, but for kids, it will still leave them wondering if the "Tooth Fairy" really exists. I took my 5 1/2 yr old twins and they loved it. My son absolutely loved the hockey and my daughter loved all the fairies. I thought it was a good balance for the genders. They laughed a lot through the movie (so did I). It was a great afternoon after a week of being snowed in!

Great cast, silly script, lots of laughs and a good message for the kids. The message? You can't win unless you make the effort. It comes across in this movie in spades and the tension as the three focal characters work for their dreams is really well done toward the end of the movie. Even then, it is not easy for these three to achieve their dreams, they try and fail and have to dig deeper to get across the finish line.
The gags, the jokes - juvenile and predictable but still funny. Good, clean fun. My 3 said their favorite part of the movie was when the kid did well at the end of the movie!
Take your kids, it's worth an evening!

I'm a 9 year old girl and saw this movie. I really enjoyed the movie and if you are 9 and older I'd recommend it. . I wouldn't recommend this movie for kids under the age of 8. It has some comedy that younger kids won't understand. It is a little to violent and the main character trys to convince children that they shouldn't follow thier dreams.

the movie was just ok...good for a laugh....however, AMC has raised it's prices.....instead of $6, tics are now $7.50 and popcorn & soda are thru the roof! Surprisingly, this movie works as a cute family film with plenty of laughs and endearing moments. Julie Andrews and Billy Crystal add an irresistible bit of charm to The Rock's smile. Both Stephen Merchant of the Office and Seth MacFarlane of The Family Guy are well cast here.
Kids will love this and adults will find themselves enjoying it too even though they don't want to admit it. Not Oscar material, but not too shabby either.

Our family went to see this movie on a snow day and it was great! Good action for the son, fairies for the daughter and humor the parents can appreciate but doesn't compromise it's family friendliness. There is a good moral to the story that the kids were able to appreciate and lots of funny one-liners for us to laugh about later. All in all a great family movie!

It is marvelous and I love it! ((to quote my six and a half year old). We found it very funny, appealing to both kids and adults. The lesson in the story to believe in dreams and fantasies was a great lesson for young and old. It's well worth the money -- we even said we'd definitely see it again!!

My hubby and I took my 5 y/o daughter to see this film. We all have differing tastes in films, but we all laughed out loud at this flick. It was cute, appropriate, and the casting was really good. I would definitely recommend it to other families.
