I understood completely the messages Sacha Baron Cohen attempted to convey in this movie. They are the never-ending messages of why this country still chooses to be selectively prejudiced. If particular Americans who aim their hatred toward groups they hate and instead transform that hate into communication and understanding, the hate would subside. Then I think God would be pleased with us all.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

I admit, it had me laughing! Yet felt some of the R viewings were tacky, at least put some better looking. The psychic part of the movie was too long yet funny.There were only 3 women in the theater, 2 young children about 8-12, at least the father was there. Oh! I have to say his lipstick was a nice shade of pink. Why, does this man feel the need to show off his privates as if that's all he has to say for himself...

The main romance line is very touching. Many of the interviews involved famous politicians, and had little spontaneity. Some content is overtly pornographic, but not overly offensive because it is integrated into a somewhat insipid plot.

I thought it was going to be a little bit like Borat ant that's the reason that I went to see it, to give him support. I really regret going because it is just a nasty movie that doesn't leave anything to the imagination. I don't have anything against people that are NOT STRAIGHT but this movie is basically only about that and with strong pervasive scenes.

Rather than turn the camera on biggot after biggot, Sacha Baron Cohen instead finds humor in flaunting his character this time to a much more mainstream, much more base audience. The bulk of the comedy came from an inane expansion of the Bruno character--not from more in-depth interviews targeting the biggoted, covertly filmed homophobes of the world.

I wasn't disgusted, shocked or embarrassed, just mad that I spent $30 to get in. It wasn’t funny and we left after 20 minutes because there were no signs of it improving. He may have been pushing the envelope or seeing how far he could go with the censors but it was done without artistic integrity or vision. I can go for rude, crude humor but it has to be funny or have wit. This movie was just another example of todays pumped out, extreme comedy that I guess some people find amusing.
