Worth seeing if you are the mockumentary Borat Spinal Tap, Summer Heights HIgh type movies/shows.This movie was funny from the get go and yes shocking at times. Hard to compare to Borat but I expected more richer content from this as Bruno on Ali G show segments delivered in the past. Thats as negative as I see it; its nuts, not for youngsters and pushes some boundaries. The theme could have been a string of Bruno interviewing and pranking but this was still funny. This is less a mockumentary and more "storyline" mixed with various Cohen spawned pranking using his characters that generate entertaining and sometimes more disturbing responses from Joe/ Mary Public.

As a big fan of Borat I had high expectations for this movie and was utterly disappointed. What a piece of junk! Aside from a few giggles, most of them uncomfortable, I couldn't believe that this even passed for a movie. I went to see this movie thinking that it would be a mostly pranks on unsuspecting people, not an X-rated movie. Bruno is just a series of shocking moments for shock sake. There is no real satire involved in this one, folks. I swear to god I saw at least a few Grandma's and Grandpas in the audience. Did they not see Borat? Surprisingly I didn't see any of them walk out. Pretty funny movie, if you liked Borat, you'll like this one. In Cohen's traditional fashion, it's got serious shock value. He spends 90mins coaxing rednecks and morons into saying ridiculous and offensive things. You'll definitely laugh hard a few times.

The funniest movie I've seen in a long time......maybe ever. I laughed so hard my face hurt. It was a very diverse audience, but everyone was apparently prepared for far-out, no holds barred, funny stuff which made fun of everyone. Don't take Grandma or your Baptist minister unless they cuss, don't mind some nudity, drink, and would go to a drag show with you. Otherwise, they may be offended. I don't usually watch movies multiple times, but probably will with this one and will definately purchase the DVD as soon as it is released.
