If you are looking for a movie that will keep the attention of you kids, this is the movie to take them to. Only a few slow spots in the movie. My five year old daughter, who never leaves her mother's side, refused to go to the restroom when my wife went to the during the movie. My daughter did not want to miss anything. This was nice light-hearted fare perfect for family members of all ages. Although the story line was a bit formulaic and predictable, the contemporary musical references and characterizations kept it interesting. This was a great movie! I took my 4 year old granddaughter and my 16 and 17 yeard old daughters. They all loved it as much as I did. This move has no age limit. The music was great! The animation was awesome! We absolutely loved it!

Took my six year old son, he absolutely loved it !!! The singing and dancing made it good and there was a cute little love story in the plot. I really enjoyed it as well, however glad it was only a hr and a half don't think could have took much more of the chipmunks and chipette's voices.

My 6-year-old really enjoyed it. He was disappointed when I said I didn't hate it (he was expecting a much more enthusiastic response). It was a kids movie and nothing more. Took my 10 and 7 yr old daughters to this and they loved it! I must admit, I am a big fan too. I downloaded some of the music tracks from I-Tunes to listen to on the way home. The girls were thrilled!

I loved this move so much because my twin granddaughters who went with me were able to hear everything, get invovled in the movie and it kept them so very happy throughout. I wish more movie makers would understand this. I also loved the way they mimicked Beyonce and her song. Nobody could forget that and the kids talked about it even after we left.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
