It was funny in spots but Hollywood has gotten out of hand. It's as if they think that the only way they can get us to laugh is if they shock us with vulgar language and raunchy situations. They dress up this actress to look beautiful on the outside but then they give her the ugliest lines that destroy her beauty and femininity. I wanted to like it but I can't recommend this sort of filth to anyone and expect to have a clear conscience. We have to demand better material from Hollywood. They get rich out of destroying our minds.

I couldn't wait to see this movie because of the actors and I was right. They (Katherine Heigl and Gerard Butler) are so good on their own but even better together! Very believable, very well done. I really thought there was alot of truth in the movie and oh so funny. I laughed so much, great. Even with the content and language it was well done and received in such a way not to offend. Look forward to more movies with these two! Will go see it again.

This movie was sooo funny and sexy and fun for both men and women. My husband and I both enjoyed it tremendously and will go to see it again before it leaves our local theater - mostly because the audience was laughing so hard we missed part of the dialog...not totally true - I want to see Gerard on the big screen in all his hotness and my hubby wants to see Katherine in all her sexiness.

Saw this on opening night in a sold out theater. My husband and I loved it. We were laughing through the entire thing. All the stars were adorable and likable. We had a great time and were so glad that we got out right away to see it. The entire audience seemed to be loving it as much as we did.

This movie was effing hilarious! It's crude and tasteless, but worth the $ you'll spend on the ticket! The R rating really means R, mostly for the offesnive language, and some awkward scenes involving intimate toys and such, but it's a great movie. The cast is awesome and although some things are predictable, it's still fun to watch. It's one you can see with the girls and one your guy will like, too. I'm happy to give this movie 5 stars

I didn't expect to like the movie as much as i did. gerard butler was fantastic!!! he showed a softer side to the bulging muscles he displayed on 300. i liked it so much (and gerard butler too) that i may go see again!!!

I was a little shocked by the language at first, but i got over that real quick. The movie was great. I walked out with a huge smile on my face and in a better mood then when I arrived. It is very predictable movie, but worth it!

This was an AMAZINGGGG movieeee!!!! I havent laughed THIS muchhhh in a longggggggg timeeee... In some parts, I couldnt even breathe because I was laughing soooo much!! I cant wait till this movie comes out on DVD so I can buy it because I can watch this movie OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!! Recommended to everyone that is 16 and older!

This movie provides a great Friday night release of fun and (though predictable) laughs after a long week at the office.
Support characters liks Cheryl Hines actually have some of the best laugh out loud lines.
What makes this better than most romantic comedies (again, although predictable), it has an raw edginess that's better suited for the adult crowd both male and female.
Not your average chick-flick. It's more along the lines of Proposal meets Hangover.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
