Love the Shining! Never got to see it on the big screen before. Just as scary as it has always been. Great acting, effects are great when put in the context of what was available in the late 70's. This move continues to affirm my fear of big, lonely spaces. Hope they release more classics like this one on the big screen.

I've never had the chance to see this movie from start to end uninterrupted and knew I had to see it in the theater when I saw it listed. Is it scary? Sorta. Is it weird? Yes. Did my friend and I talk about it all the way home afterwards? YES! Awesome movie, definitely deserves many more viewings to catch more details. Please re-release more classics like this on the big screen!
