I just can't believe I finally got to see this in theaters. I was 7 when it came out and begged my parents to take me to see it but nooooo. lol oh well time heals all wounds right? lol
It was great and my boyfriend answered a trivia question and we won the trilogy on blu-ray, now we just gotta get a blu-ray player lol!

I have always been a huge fan of this movie. It's hard not to fall in love with the characters or be completely captivating by the notion of time travel. It's an instant classic.
I witnessed the 25th anniversary showing last night at AMC. We were running late, but nonetheless, we were determined to sit through the film.
It was worth it. I have never seen it on the big screen before and there are details I had never noticed. The sound quality was amazing too. When the lightning strikes that clock tower, the floor and walls vibrated. The experience was enthralling and it was super memorable.
I know my opinion is biased on this film because I grew up with it, so automatically, I can say I love it. But to those who haven't got a chance to witness Back to the Future, I say go back in time with Marty and save the space time continuum. It's hard not to laugh or fall in love during this film. It's hard not to be on the edge of your seat. It's a little bit of everything and I know that audiences will continue to flock to this film because it really is just a fun experience.

I was too young to attend the initial theatrical showing, but this made up for it. The digital presentation was spectacular and it was great to finally get to see my favorite movie on the big screen.

Back to The Future is my all time favorite movie. When I'm feeling blue I pop on Back to the Future and it brings a big smile to my face.
Gosh I was so happy to see the turn out... The theater was packed, I got good seats, everything turned out great! I absolutely loved seeing this on the big screen. And it was my first time ever seeing it on the big screen too. I was too young to see it back then... (I was 5) Oh and when Marty & The Doc first appeared everyone cheered and clapped. I had a awesome time. I actually would've stayed if they would've showed part 2.

Just about everyone's seen this movie, but it was great to see it on the big screen. I was born after its initial run in theatres, so this was a good treat for me to see it on a projection screen instead of a DVD. The digital print looked amazing. I couldn't see a single film grain. And the sound was great too.

I bought the tickets about a monthy earlier than the showing as a birthday present for my husband who is a BIG fan; the anicipation was great but I would never have imagined that we'd enjoy it so much since we regularly watch Back to The Future on Tv. We were able to see lots of details like the Burger King trash all over Docs house in the beginning and then you realize he lives next to one. It was like watching it for the first time... The audience was excited, cheering and clapping for Marty and his Dad (George Mc Fly) as they destroyed Biff. The actress who played Jennifer Parker (Marty's Girlfriend) made an appearance and answered lots of questions from the hardcore fans, she also stayed after the movie to sign autographs! There was a real Delorean parked outside the theatre in the actual Mall that the movie was filmed (Puente Hills Mall) so the fans stayed long after the movie was over taking lots of pictures with the car. Many fans were in 80's gear and some were dressed like Marty. I don't think anyone knew what a complete experience it was going to be when we bought tickets to watch it on the big screen. We took our 8 year old daughter who saw the movie for the first time and watching her little face light up was awesome! She cheered and clapped along with the crowd and now she says she can't wait to watch it at home. Something cool I noticed was that Billy Zane plays one of Biff's bully friends. He was so young and handsome :)

This was a FANTASTIC idea!!! I LOVED getting to see Back to the Future in a theater. I've loved this movie since I was 7, and have seen it so many times i've lost count, but THIS was better! The nice digital print, in a theater. To me, that proves that there is NO experience like a movie theater. I noticed things in the movie I hadn't for all these years. I'm not inclined to go to AMC theaters, but if they did more stuff like this, not just for anniversaries, I'd be far more inclined to go! There are so many wonderful movies that don't need to be re-made or bastardized, just re-released!

Great to finally see it on the big screen. I was having babies at the time this was released and never got to see it big. It has been a favorite of mine over the years. Seeing it big reminded me just how much one can miss by watching a movie at home. I must say part of the enjoyment was the crowd there. They came to see the movie.They clapped and cheered but remembered why they were there.The cast was great the quality of the film was wonderful. Catch this if you can

This is film is cinematic gold and should be played every Saturday at midnight somewhere! You miss so much when watching it at home. There's nothing like experiencing the thunderous applause when George knocks out Biff with one punch! There's nothing like the belly laughs and snorting when Doc says, "Look a rhythmic cermonial ritual!" Everyone should see this film in a movie theater!

I had never seen this movie on the big screen and I was surprised. Had a great time at this showing. The crowd was all ages, yet there were no idiots texting, crying children or talkers. I wish all shows were like this one. I had forgotten how much I liked this movie!

I never thought that I'd ever have the chance to see this movie on the big screen. I'm glad they re-released it!
This isn't your ordinary film. It doesn't fit into one genre. The timing, the acting, the dialogue...absolutely spectacular!
I loved the audience's reaction to all the one liners. Truly made the movie better (if it's even possible).
If only it stayed in theaters more than two days...

This was the first movie I can remember seeing as a kid. My parents took me when I was three. This is one of the best movies to come from the 80's, and to see it on the big screen as an adult was amazing! I really hope AMC continues to bring back old movies. It was the best five bucks I have ever spent!

I've seen this movie a million times, but never in the Theatre. Until last night. What a treat. I got so much more out of the humour and facial expressions than I ever have from the DVD.
I wish they'd re-release this movie every year. Make it the new Rocky Horror!

Wow I used to watch this with my brother when we were kids. Our parents had taped it off the TV with the cuss words blipped out and commercials. So watching it last night was an awesome trip down memory lane. Thank you Steven Speilburg.

I was born in 1982, and my wife in 1983. We were too young to experience this film in the theater. Once I saw the opportunity to see Back To The Future in the theater, I had to buy tickets. Nothing like seeing this movie on the big screen......overall Awesome Experience.

I Literally can't tell you how many times i have seen this movie, but i will tell you this seeing it for the first time in movie theatres is by far the greatest time i have ever had going to the movies, just by being there and seeing back to the future on the screen and even mouthing most of the dialogue during the movie, i know that i love this movie now and forever.

Having grown up watching this movie religiously, I was so excited when I found out that BTF was being re-released for the 25th anniversary. Needless to say, I bought tickets immediately! I never got to see it in the theater because I was only six when it came out, so having the experience of watching it on the big screen was fantastic. I went with a big group of my friends who also love the movie and being with them made it all the more special -- as well as the audience in general! It was great to see the range of ages that had come to watch, people who had seen it as teenagers were now bringing their kids 25 years later. Just a great atmosphere to be a part of. It really was quite the trip down Memory Lane. I loved it!

I don't remember seeing this movie when I was 5 years old, but I was told I did. I have always owned the trilogy either on VHS or DVD. This film has to be one of my favorites of all time. Watching this movie with some of my best friends made for an amazing movie going experience.

I am SO glad they brought this back into the theaters for the 25th anniversary. I have watched it on DVD a million times, but to see it again on the big screen was incredible. My theater did trivia and prizes before the show started, there were NO previews for other movies- they just went right to it- and then everyone got commemorative posters upon leaving. It was an excellent night and AMC did a fantastic job with this re-release. LOVED it. The newly remastered print looked fantastic on screen as well.

A real treat to see classic movies on the big screen again. It would be fun to see the trilogy in sequence at the theater - maybe when the other two are remastered. So much more to enjoy on the big screen.
Hopefully AMC will choose to show other classics in limited runs in one of their 15 theaters on a regular basis.

This is the first time I've seen it on the big screen and it was amazing. It was a great experience watching it with other fans. Back to the Future will always be a classic. I also noticed some things I didn't before and the jokes are always smart and hilarious. The only problem was that the theater wasn't ready. They set up the size dimensions and focusing from the projector when the movie started and even had to restart the movie after about 5 minutes.

It was absolutely fantastic to see Back to the Future in the theater. I saw parts II and III in their original theatrical release but not the first. The restoration and digital projection were fantastic. The movie looked new. Crisp and clean with wonderfully immersive, surround sound as well.

This is genuinely the best experience i have had in a theater in years. I cant remember the last time i enjoyed watching a movie this much. This movie is a classic. The storyline,script, acting, and special effects of this movie are great. There are so many funny and well thought out lines and situations that make this movie continually enjoyable to watch. Watching it in the theater on the big screen again was a fantastic event. The colors and sound and overall experience was beyond any on our dvds and i feel sorry for anyone who did not take the time to attend this showing!!!
