This movie captured my attention from the very beginning. Southern relationships between blacks and whites especially between maid and mrs are dealt with in a way that all can appreciate. Tyler also deals with the spiritual aspect as always and how having faith and believing in that faith continues to carry us through our personal trials and tribulations. Everyone needs to see this movie. This is truly a blessed movie that deals with many aspects of southern history.

It is truly a departure from what we have grown to expect from Tyler Perry. However, the same family first theme is still ever present. Things started off slow but picked up about midway. All in all Tyler delivered on this one.

I think The Family That Preys was a very good movie. I think the overall theme was based on greed and the fact that when you get so wrapped in money and things you loose so much more of yourself. This movie kept you interested from the beginning to the end. You will be crying, laughing and continuously wanting more. I recommend my family and friends to see it. I really enjoy this movie. The characters drew you in within the first five minutes with subtle glances and a few words. Most important of all is how the story showed the breach in the lines of racial separation over a span of time to true friendship without even having to tell the story. Every actor and actress in this movie portrayed an enormous depth of character. Great plot twist and a fantastic ending. Overall Tyler Perry has delivered us a fantastic life lesson once again.

Tyler Perry really has out done himself on this one. I was impressed by the actors some we have not seen for a while on screen. Sana Lathan gives a great performance in fact the entire cast is outstanding. You must see this movie. It makes you cry, laugh and even get mad about whats unfolding. You really will enjoy it.

Tyler Perry really out did himself with this movie. It was really good and having Sanaa be the bitch of the movie was brilliant whoever thought we would ever see her in this role. This was an all star cast Kathy and Alfred were great the best seen with them was during the strip club scene. The movie was entertaining all through out the movie. Tyler job well done keeping make great movies and the industry can't refuse to have you on more screens.
