Grittier and edgier than other Tyler Perry movies, and not disappointing at all. The audience cheered and laughed. Sanaa gets a chance to be a bad girl and Robin GIvens gets a chance to show that she is a good actress. Go see the movie. It's great entertainment.

Tyler has done it again another excellent movie, however, I have one critique. He should have made Sanaa character stronger. He had her posed as a strong business women, however, at the end she just looked weak. This is a must see. Here is another example of family ties and friendships that last a lifetime. All of Tyler's movies touches me in some way and this was no exception. I thought the movie was excellent, it was very heart warming, especially to see the friendship between the 2 mothers. It also was educational. Robin Givens really played her part and I think Alfre Woodard should receive a nomination for her role......

Good Movie. I just wish there was a little more depth. example - we see Andrea about to get married then she's at the reception. I just would have like to see the relationships develop a little more... but the movie was really good and I plan to see it again, in case I missed something..
