I thought it was a decent movie. Horror films in the last few years have been sub-par in my opinion but this was one of the better ones. I did feel like there was a lull in the action but aside from that it was decent. It was my first 3-D movie so that was entertaining.

Great movie--had action, horror, and a little mystery component.
It's sort of like a grown up episode of scooby doo where the costumed creep running around the mine is really killing people (and the blood/gore flies freely).
I never need to see another pick-axe thrown at me again.

I saw this movie because Jensen was the leading man and anything he does is usually worth seeing. The trailers made this movie seem really cheesy but this movie was ACTUALLY freakin scary!!!!! It should be rated F for Fd ' up because 'graphic brutal horror violence and grisly images throughout' doesn't begin to sum up the nastyness in this film. But the twist ending and brillent acting made all that worth seeing. I probably won't see this again becuase it was so disturbing, but I did like it.

The movie wasn't too bad. It was much better than I thought it would be. The 3D effects were pretty cool. The acting wasn't the best, and the plot was pretty predictable. Wasn't expecting the full-frontal nudity for several minutes. The last 5 minutes of the movie were easily the best. Overall, not a bad slasher movie.

I was impressed with this movie. It did it's job, making me jump several times, cringe during the bloody scenes, and get anxious during the suspenseful ones.
The ending wasn't predictable like so many movies I've seen.
I haven't seen a good scary movie in a while (lot of bad ones), but this one was really impressive!

Being a fan of horror and slasher films, I had to go see this because it was a 3-D flick. How cool is this gonna be?! Well, the effects weren't as amazing as I had hoped for. Nothing really came out at me too often and none of it looked like it was headed toward me. The effects looked as though they were headed toward the first couple rows in the theater. It was a decent storyline and I was torn who the killer really was, surprisingly so. I'm happy I saw it, but was hoping for a bit more from it.

I thought the movie was okay only because it was in 3D other than that it sucked!!!! The plot was weak and so was the rest of the movie. Like I said if you don't go see it @ the movie theaters in 3D, then don't even worry about it. I jump at just about every scary movie... I didnt so much in this movie I was hoping it would have more 3-D effect in it there was very little but when it did have them they were good. I could tell though what was going to happen so it wasnt as scary. I still think its a good date movie but dont get your hopes up for the whole 3-D experience.

Movie had a unique, plot, unexpected twists, and was very appealing. 3D features could have been better, though the ones that there were made the movie more interactive and exciting.

Was a good movie, but seemed like all the most intense moments happened in the first 45 minutes of the movie. Being old enough to remember the original, I did compare the new one to it, it was pretty good. The only thing that I would have liked to see at the end of the movie, was the same line that happened at the end of the original, when Sara heard the last words of, "Sara, be my bloody valentine", I think if those words were muttered it would have scored a 10 with me.
