A funny movie that is on par with some of Adam Sandler's best. Yes, a bit stupid. Yes, a bit predictable, and yes, a bit unbelievable, but hey - I don't go to the movies to get in touch with my feminine side and hope that some dying guy finally finds that woman he met in Paris two decades ago. I want to laugh my butt off, and this movie definitely did that. Even the jokes based on us, shall we say, "weight enhanced" people were definitely funny. Also, I was very happy to see some very funny parts that I had not seen any clips of in previews or commercials, unlike some movies when you walk out and you realize you had already seen the only funny parts in a preview.

This movie was better than I thought it would be--don't get me wrong, I love Kevin James and knew the movie would be hilarious--but it had more serious moments than I thought it would. I was expecting complete silliness and was nicely surprised to see they made a "real" movie out of it, not just 1.5 hours of Kevin James going from one slapstick moment to the next.
Very clean--good for kids. There's one bar scene where Blart gets drunk, but that's really the "worst" thing that happens.
When it was over my 10 year-old son said, "We are so buying this on DVD!" He loved it.

I didn't laugh as hard as I do when watching King of Queens, but Kevin James delivered a solid performance. There are some surprising and action-packed scenes during his pursuit of the bad guys in the mall that are memorable. The actress who played his daughter is talented and sweet. I took 3 boys to the show with me (ages 7, 12, 16), and they all seemed to really enjoy the movie. Worth seeing.

This is a fun family movie that is exactly what it promises in the trailers. My 11 year old loved it and I thought it was laugh out-loud funny at times. If you really like Kevin James I would recommend this film, if not you know the rest of the answer. I like his comedy and while the movie had it's "Oh God!" moments it had it's funny ones too, although not as much as I wanted. The villans were not at all believable even for slapstick. Really just bad choices and weak performances. You really must like Kevin James and Adam Sandler, for that matter, since it was a Happy Madison production. You must go see this movie without your brain!!!!!!!

Paul Blast * Mall Cop starring Kevin James was hilarious! The movie was just as I expected and it showed Kevin James being the funny man that he is! It was great to be able to recognize stores and locations from when the movie was filmed at the Shouthshore Plaza and at the Burlington Mall here in MA. I would recommended this movie to anyone who enjoys a silly comedy! 4 Stars!

Enjoyed watching this show with my kids, age 9 and 7...left the littler ones at home. Pretty clean, except had couple cuss words. Lots of lol moments.

This was a great funny movie! I took my 9 and 5 year old to see this and it wasn't too violent for them. They truly enjoyed it and we laughed - A LOT! Highly recommended for all.
