I went to watch Twilight with 5 other people and they loved it just as much as I did.I am going to go see again real soon. It's not like the books but what movie is like the books. But the movie was just a great twist on the book. *I love it!*

Watching Edward and Bella was great and the similarities to the book were strong. The other acting in the movie was sub-par. If you read the book, the movie is not as good but it is worth seeing.

I was dissapointed that the movie didn't spend more time developing the characters and character relationships especially the love story between Edward & Bella. The scenes were way too short, and the love story progressed too quickly; jumping from scene to scene. I think people who loved the book would enjoy the movie since they know the characters/relationships/conflicted thoughts from the novel, but if you haven't read the book, I don't think you'll like the movie.

I read all the books and was expecting so much more from this movie. Robert and Kristen just didn't have enough of a connection. I liked some scenes, but otherwise i just thought this movie killed the book. Their relationship and the angst wasn't built up anywhere near enough. I was pretty disappointed.

This movie is nothing like the Twilight book series. You can't really compare the two, but as a film, this was good. The acting was a little awkward and the casting seemed a little strange at times, but it wasn't distracting from the film. I will have to watch the movie over again in order to get all the parts I may have missed the first time. It is worth seeing and you should give it a shot. It is definately entertaining.

Well I set myself up to be disappointed because I knew it would not be as good as the book. I found that it seemed like a low budget film and the acting was good but wasn't great. I found that Bella and Edward went from "hi how are you" to "you are my life now" with no good explanation in between. To understand the movie you have to read the book. Hopefully New Moon is better.

This movie was a big disappointment, it made Edward seem awkward and far less perfect than his character in the book. Now I know things would be different, but they seemed to change a lot of the major events. Some scenes were good, but most were inadequate in comparison with the book. If you have a clear picture in your mind of the events in this book, dont ruin your picture by seeing this movie. But if you want to see the hot cullen boys, well thats understandable.

First let's say Kristen Stewart was almost great. Except for the hospital scene. i freaked out because she freaked out. Robert Pattinson, nice stuff from this foreign rising-attraction! If you read the book then good, you will understand little details about the movie. The whole cast did an amazing job in portraying their roles! This is a guarantee for 3 more movies on the next 3 books! READ THEM! I promise your heart will be craving for more!

My daughter & I read the book series together, along with several of her friends & have been anticipating the inevitable movies. We were definitely NOT disappointed. The movie seemed like it went by quickly but was just enough for us to want more. ;) Rob Pattinson alone is worth watching it again & again. :)

i loved this movie so much. most of the stuff was so close to the book...The only thing i found wrong with the movie was they left out the "do i dazzle you part".but that is all i can think of that the movie was missing. robert did an extremly wonderful job at playing EDWARD, he seriously did dazzle me. Kellan did such a wonderful job as emmett he is so nice looking. Kristen was great an jasper,alice, james, rosalie,and carlisle,my goodness everyone jus brought the characters to life.
I am actually planning on seeing the movie again. And i can't wait until New Moon!

I believe that the reason why myself and some many women are drawn to Edwards character is because he is constantly pursuing Bella. The majority of the book is how their relationship develops from infatuation to love and I feel like the writers and the directors did not execute that well enough & made the love happen too quickly, like they ran out of time. But I'm just a fan that loves the books and feel like it's my place to support this film, the actors and encourage those around me to watch it. I just hope that New Moon is written with more passion because that is one heart wrenching book!

This movie, in my opinion, was very unsatisfactory. I was looking forward to seeing it, but I was completely dissappointed. The cast and acting wasn't great; minor details from the book were wrong; and it seemed like they just threw in a bunch of quotes and scenes from the book at the wrong times and they didn't make much sense when they used them. It was too... "artistic" for me also, like they were trying to take cool shots instead of a full movie. Overall, I didn't like it.

This movie was extremely good I personally think. I read the seris (saga), I recomend you read the book before seeing the movie. Probably if you didn't read the book you would be confused or not know their in love. My friend saw the movie and didn't read the book and wasn't all that confused though! I thought it was hilarious and a must see movie!

I love the series that Stephanie Meyers wrote. The movie however seemed to not be very good. It was okay, but it was nothing like the book. There should have been more scenes in the lunch room with Bella and Edward. And when he 'shines' it just looked like he was sweating. He wasn't playful like he should have been. I knew it was going to be cheesy. It was a tad bit better than I thought it would have been. I would still go see again.

As a huge fan of the Twilight Saga (as I'm sure most everybody that saw the movie is), I was happy with the movie overall. One disappointment would be the "Meadow Scene". It didn't come close to the book. So much was left out. Other than that, I love the indie vibe that director Catherine Hardwick brought to it. The actors were great. I thought Kristen Stewart and Rob Pattinson brought a real commitment to their characters. Definitely a must see!! :)

I took my 11 year old daughter and her friend to see the movie and thought it was a fantastic film for preteens and teens. It's great to have a PG-13 movie I can take my daughter to without worrying about bad language or inappropriate content. The movie was very well made and came as close to the book as it could for a 2 hour movie. I look forward to taking my daughter to the next movie in this series!

This was a great movie! Although the special effects and storyline could've been better if they'd had a bigger budget to make the movie longer, etc. The cast that was picked was perfect- couldn't have picked better! I really did like Twilight. I was a big fan of the books before hand. My expectations about the movie were very high but then I had a realty check that I needed to be realstic but after I saw it i thought it was amazing. yes the story board moved 2 fast; yes some acting was ethier overdone or underdone, yes the audience did not get to see the realtionships between characters grow but hey Im loyal to the series and movies.
