This movie did not disappoint. There were some creative licenses that were taken to make the book a more coherent movie, but overall, it was a wonderful experience. I will be seeing the movie again and buying the DVD when it comes out. I cannot wait until New Moon!!!

I am one of the million of Twilight fans, who fell in love with the Twilight Series. The books will always be the best, however putting faces with the characters is the icing on the cake! Can't wait for New Moon.

i absolutly LOVED the book, and liked the movie alootttt! :) I just want to watch it over and over again...
Rob Patterson, isnt that attractive, but the sense of him being an vampire...idk he just becomes sexy... He doesnt seem like he really cares hes the next HOTt thing which is disappointing...
and so the lion fell in love with the lamb :)

I'm not going to lie, I'm a die hard Twilight fan. I've been waiting to watch this movie for more than 5 months. I swearrrr. But when I saw the movie, it wasn't as capturing and detailing as the book. Most of what happened in the movie didn't even cover most of what happened in the book, which disappointed me. Overall it was good. I liked it but wished it was better. The cast was great. Loved each one. =]

Watched this movie several times and definitely recommend it. Though it's not at all a horror movie if that's what you're looking for. But you for sure will fall in love with Edward in the most romantic vampire movie ever. Rob Pattinson is just gorgeous. He and Kristen look great in this picture and I couldn't imagine anybody else playing the part. The selection of music was great as well. A must see for all sweathearts out there.

I read the book, and I think they did a good job adapting it to the movie. I am an adult and I loved this movie! I saw it twice, and I would see it again. I brought my niece to see it and she loved it too! You will fall in love with Edward Cullen! He is perfect!

So seriously a few of the lines were some what corny but overall I loved the movie. It made me laugh and it had a great plot and storyline. The actors really make the film what it is. I would recommend this to EVERYONE!

I was happy to see they stayed close to the book- nothing is more disappointing than major varients from the original-
Bella and Edwrd were intense and it felt like you were right there with them-
the cast was well played-
I've seen it twice so far- I'm sure I'll see it again and can't wait for the DVD and the "Extra's!

What a great love story and I found it refreshing that there was no cursing or nudity in the movie. I was able to feel all the emotions of all the characters. I look forward to future movies and definitly recommend seeing this movie.

I have to say that going in to the theater I wasn't too excited, in fact I was just tagging along with a friend who absolutely loves the books. She would turn to me every once in a while and say something along the lines of..." this wasn't in the book....I like it" We both had a good time, it's a girly action movie. I'm looking forward to the next installment.

Twilight is based on a love story between the two, bella and edward fall in love and become inseperable! this love story is so different from the other because it shows the relationship between a vampire and a human and it's different than most love stories because edward risks his life to save the one's he loves and in this case it's bella. they have such compassion for eachother and not any other couple can be compared. there is such a strong relationship between the two and NOTHING can break them apart and i think thats what really shows the compatability they have for eachother and they will always be together through thick and thin. they have a deep love for each other that no one can break.

I went to see this movie with my daughter and I think it is a wonderful modern day Beauty and the Beast with a lot of interesting twists and turns. I did not expect the plot to be as good as it was, nor the acting to be as well done (especially from actors that I had never heard about or seen before). My daughter thought it was a wonderful movie, also.

I think that this was a great movie. It was a great romance movie with some action, so it will probably get views. But, I think that there are alot of parts that would be very bad for someone who has not read the book. I could also really tell that neither Rob Pattinson or Kirsten Stewart was really into the romance of the movie, which definetly took away from the plot. They also made Rob Pattinson look ugly for this movie. He was hot in Harry Potter. I am ABSOLUTELY obssesed with these books, and I hope soooo such that they will make a new moon (next book in the series) movie, but I earnestly hope tha the actors either get more into it, or they cast look-alikes if they make a new one. I think it is a great movie, better book.

I am a big fan of series and I do think that the movie turned out pretty good considering they had a low budget. Some parts weren't very good and were not mentioned in the book, but they improvised them very well. Overall, I'd say that it was a really good movie and I recommend anyone to go see it.

I have to admit, I had high hopes for this movie, but I was left disappointed. My daughter loved it, but I found myself picking it apart through the whole movie. Little things were changed that really shouldn't have been, so I didn't feel it was so cohesive overall. The character of Jasper looked like he was constipated most of the time, which really made me laugh at inappropriate times, and some of the actors didn't fit the characters. I'm hoping with the money that was made on this movie, the next one will be better done. It is not on my top 100 movie list of all times, but it was enjoyable enough.

I was looking forward to seeing Twilight because I loved the books, but wasn't expecting how superb the movie actually was! I was completely blown away by the amazing actors especially and their characterization, the special effects, and the screenplay/plot. My 17 year old daughter saw it at 12:01 AM the first day possible. She enjoyed it a lot and has gone again since. She has read all four books.
My husband and I saw the movie this last weekend. My husband has not read any of the books and said he thought the movie was fine. He followed what was going on.
As for me some parts were cheesy, as other have already said (like climbing the tree and Bella and Edward just laying on the grass in the meadow for to long). I did like it and was glad that I had read the books first.
Oh, my daughter fell in love with Jacob, but I thought his dad was pretty hot!
We will buy the movie when it comes out.

I am a HUGE fan of the books. I got hooked on them by my granddaughter and then I got my 21 yr old son hooked on them and now a student of mine is hooked as well. I think Stephanie Meyers is the best writer I have read in a long long time. The books are easy to read and the movie goes right along with the book. I can't wait till the next installment is ready for viewing. The only criticism is that the dialogue was much better in the book than on screen.

I read all of the books and became obsessed at an instant. The movie was great, but there were some really good scenes from the book that were left out of the movie. But Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson had a lot of chemistry onscreen. Some of the scenes in the movie could have been longer too. But overall the best movie I have seen all year!! Can't wait for the next movie!!!!
