After seein the movie "Twilight" seven times, there is one thing I am sure of, I am unconditionally and irrevocably in love... Although I did perfer the novel, the movie was still absolutely amazing. I will continue to look for ways to support every single person in this fabulous cast in any way possible. TWILIGHT ALL THE WAY!!!

Overall the film was good for what it is. The scenery is great and timing not too long or short. Good acting lacked in a few scenes/characters, however, hopeful for the future sequel.

i thought it was wonderful. of course there were
differences from the book but what movie is exactly like the book. the cast was perfect . edward and jasper were so hot. the only problem i had was that certain vampire moves just looked really fake. but i've seen it 3 times already and i will see it alot more. i can't wait for new moon

To transfer that kind of passion between Edward and Bella to the screen would take two fabulous actors, an exceptional script, and a very insightful and passionate Director. Sadly we only got one of the above. Robert Pattinson saved an otherwise embarrassingly bad movie. If Kristin Stewart was the best they could find it does not say much for our young actors. She played Bella as though she actually DISLIKED Edward rather than being passionately in love with him. The audience was laughing in places that should have been beautiful. Only an actor as accomplished as Pattinson could have saved this disaster of a movie. It was disjointed, corny, cheesy and completely lacking in depth. It's been a while since I saw such a lost opportunity.

i am in love with the books!! and at first, i didn't want to see the movie that bad because i did not want to ruin the books... but i must have been crazy... not only was this movie well acted, resembeled the book perfectly and couldn't be any better, it was my favorite movie of all times!! If you are wondering what movie to see.. this is the movie for you! filled with love, action, and surprie, you will not be disapointed!! cannot wait for the other three movies!

My daughter has read all of the books and begged me to go see this with her. I was very surprised that it captured my attention. I was expecting a teenie-bopper type movie, but it was really good and ended with me wanting to see the next one!

Loved the books, loved the movie going for my second viewing of it and I can't wait. Its great to see the book I love so much come to life. I can't wait to see New Moon and hope they don't stop there! The characters are true to the book, and who would not fall in love with Edward Cullen!

This was such a great interpretation of the book !! It moved along very well and the story line stayed intact ! a huge bonus for those who are fans of the HP books as well and are used to being disappointed by Hollywood representations of our favorite books. The actors are all HOT which is always a bonus ; )

I am 45 and took my 15-year old niece. I absolutely loved this movie and this was unexpected. I hate vampire stories and movies (Lestat - case in point. Tom Cruise miscast). This movie was hugely entertaining and I will be seeing all sequels.

I read the book and was anxious to see how

The movie was long awaited, I read the book and had such high expectations. I was rather dissapointed. They rushed right through the beginning, They skipped all the building passion between Edward and Bella, So much was left out from the book, My friends and I all feel pretty much the same.. But were not going to say it was bad. what was in the book blew us away and we giggled like little girls. I will buy it when available.

I was not expecting much and to be truthful I was not excited about going... I will be eternally grateful I went! I LOVE THIS MOVIE! Great story line, great acting, and the effects were a little low budget but still really good. Now I have seen this movie 3 times and I will be going back at least 2 more times this week with other friends who want to see it! Very worth-while!

My teenager daughter who hates to read started reading the series. After book 1 she couldn't wait to see the movie and to start book 2. She's now on book 3 of the series.
She and I loved the movie. I have not read any of the books but thoroughly enjoyed the story and the characters.

I think they did a great job of portraying these characters. Although there were some parts of the movie that did not exactly correlate with the book, I do understand that they had to create a 2 hour movie out of a 500 page book...not an easy task!
I loved that Bella was so awkward...and EDWARD....oh man. Edward was just great. The next movies will be just as good I'm sure! My boyfriend even couldn't stop talking about wanting to be a vampire after we saw it!

This was a alright movie, I enjoyed it but it was nothing like the book. So much is off. I've read the book 3 times and know it well. I was disappointed it didn't go into the other people more. I also would of liked to see the bond between alice and bella form like it did in the first book. I just wish they would of been better with the creation of the book because that book was a great book. I will be buying the movie and looking forward to the next like everyone else but if your thinking its going to be like the book it is not by no means.

Whenever a book gets made into a movie, I always try to separate the two, especially when I see the movie. There is only so much you can fit into a 2 hour slot while staying true to the book. Overall, the movie was good and very cute and the guys were all hot, to be perfectly honest. The only thing was I felt that some of the other characters like Jasper and Alice were not as developed and really had nowhere to go. I would have loved to seen more of Alice since she is such an important figure.
I love Twilight and I can't wait to see New Moon!

Me being someone that has read the books several times I think that they did an AWESOME job on the movie!!!!! When you read a book before seeing the movie most of the time you are disappointed in the movie because there is no way that they can put all the details and feelings that the book has ..... but I was NOT disappointed with this movie!!!!! I am SO anxious to see the sequels ---- not to mention Twilight several more times before then! They did a great job picking the characters parts --- and the director rocked!!!! A+++++++

Thoroughly enjoyed this movie. True to the book. Seeing at midnight added to ambiance. Theater sound system was superb. Great soundtrack. Nice to be able to put faces to names as I have just started book 3 (Eclipse). Want to see again ASAP.
