I went on a cinamatic adventure and I really enjoyed this movie. The movie had some blanks about the family members that the prior book reading helped to fill but other than that, the chemistry between robert and kristin was amazing. I'd let him bite me lol.

i've read all four books and enjoy the series.
the movie was not as good as the book, but what movie ever is?
regardless, the movie was as good as a movie can be.
i saw it twice, once with my girlfriends and again on a date.

I was skeptical of whether or not the movie would be able to stand up next to the book with the romance that is involved. I must say, I fell in love with the movie just as much as I fell in love with the books.
Anyone who does not like the movie, then they most certainly did not like the book. It is a romance series and a non-romantic person should not be criticizing this movie or the books!

Even though it did stray from the book, I thought the movie was great. It left out what needed to be with out losing the feel and love for the true story. I think all characters were wonderful and played their parts very well. The love story is what mattered and I think they passed that on and left us waiting for the second movie "New Moon". Cannot wait fo the release of that now!

I saw the movie first and then read the book. While I can understand that book lovers had some problems with the theatrical script, I think the movie enhances the relationship between the two lovers while still maintaining the books integrity. I liked that bella seemed to be on more equal emotional footing in the movie than in the book. The movie is good, well acted, and presents a timeless love story.

I read Twilight before the movie and thought the movie followed the book to a "T"! The movie is awesome and the love story is very sweet - makes you think of your first love! The character development was great and I play the soundtrack in my car all the time. It is a good escape from reality and besides, we all could use a little Edward in our lives anyway, right girls?! This movie is for all ages, not just the tweens!

I was really disappointed with the movie because it didn’t keep up with the book and it wasn’t like the book the way Bella describes Edward and it didn’t they missed a lot of key points of the way she started to fall in love with Edward, I was looking forward to the lunch scene when Edward calls Bella to go sit with him, when the takers her to the mountain on a date. I wish the next movie will be better.

I had never read the books because the plot did not hold my interest enough. I saw the movie and it was beautiful. Every actor was well casted, the chemistry between couples was believable, and the story was well told. I started reading the books after watching it and it is even more amazing. If you like the movie and have yet to read the book, I highly recommend you do so. All four books are interesting and I cannot wait to see what they do with the movies

I was very disappointed with the movie :( The books are so emotional and that was not portrayed on screen. It seemed like they just jumped from one important part to the next with no emotions in between. It was so cheesy it was almost embarrassing. I hope they do New Moon right!

Having read the complete saga, I was really anticipating the movie Twilight. After I watching it, I was a little disappointed. The connection bet. Bella & Edward seemed to be in fast forward. Some of the actors chosen did not match what was described in the book. The special effects could have been better. And the fighting seen was the cherry on top.I understand that not all movies can be as close to the book, but you can never stop hoping. All in all, it was enjoyable. I wish it was longer than 2 hours, since I am paying $11.50 to watch a movie. With the box office hit of this movie, I would expect a larger budget for the next installment and HOPING the feedback from the fans would help create a Great movie instead of Good movie.

This movie did not disappoint. I read the book first which is helpful. The chemistry between Bella and Edward was off the charts.You could feel the pangs of anxiety, love, etc that Bella was feeling when ever she looked at him. Well cast roles. I am anxiously awaiting the sequel

It was pretty good for what you can fit into a 2 hour time period. I think the casting was off a bit, and much of the storyline wasn't developed, I'm sure due to time constraints. It was a fun movie to watch as long as you realize that it's not going to be identical to the book.

I could not understand what happened to the plot line. I undertand that movie and books are two different things but wow what was that? I took my little sister who is also a fan of the books she actually said she was sorry for making me take her to see that.
Most upsettingly was the loss of demention in Jasper he turned for a mood altering understanding vampire to a strange expressioned weird haired vampire. I will not even stop changing channels to watch it when it comes out on tv.

My daughter, two of her friends and I went to see this movie as a "girls night out" this weekend and it hit high notes with all of us.
While the movie skipped a few peak moments between Bella and Edward and Bella and Jake, we were pleased with what we saw.
The relationship between Bella and her father seem much more "forced" than in the book which was kind of disappointing. Much of their relationship was based on Bella taking care of her father much like she did her mother. I think they should have stuck to that a little better.
I think that I would have rather the movie follow the story a little closer than it did but I realize they have a time limit. Otherwise this movie was pretty good....I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE SEQUEL!!

Although I am an avid fan of the book and expected the movie to be a failure, it wasn't. The plot followed the book's closely, and the chemistry between Rob and Kristen was great. I would reccomend reading the book first because it fills in a lot of blanks.

My daughter got me interested in the books and I must say that I was very impressed with them. So much so, that I was worried about how they would adapt it for a movie. Much to my great delight, it was great!!! I have seen the movie 4 times and plan to see it again. There were scenes that were not in the book that I felt did not add anything to the movie but over all, I was very satisfied with it and can't wait for New Moon to be released. The soundtrack is great as well!
