You remained totally intrigued by the seeming lack of information during the movie only to be fully redeemed at the end. Sorry didn't get it and thought it was a waste of time...even my 18 year old didn't care for it. Ever since the movie "Crash" was a hit, director's have tried to emulate it and fail miserably...including this one. I was tired of watching Will Smith with a frown through most of the movie, monotone, and mechanical trying to portray someone in immense personal pain. Save your $$.

I NEVER write online reviews for movies, so that should tell you how much I think of Seven Pounds. I saw it on opening day with very little idea what the movie was about. I was absolutely blown away. It is one of the most amazingly beautiful movies I have ever seen. I can't even begin to touch on the plot because I don't want to give anything away. Very sad toward the end (I am a 30 year old man, and I bawled like a little girl), but more of a happy-sad. People of faith (I think particularly Christians) will be moved by this movie, but it is definitely not limited to that audience. If you are even slightly considering seeing this movie, I would DEFINITELY recommend it. You won't be disappointed.

I am a 39 year old man. I find movies silly and usually leave before they are over. I cannot get past the fact that I am watching actors.
This movie was very real and had my attention the whole time.
I think this deserves Oscars all around.

I had mixed emotions watching this movie. I loved some parts and disliked other parts. Thought provoking!....The ending didn't surprise me...I knew how it would end from the very beginning of the movie and I left the theater a bit shaken by the experience. It made me want to go home and love my kids more, love humanity more!!!!....It made me "feel" at a deeper level. It takes redemption to a even deeper level. This movie is about committing to a higher cause, whatever the cost....much like "I am Legend".

Seven Pounds, is the kind of movie that leaves you in awe. You spend most of the movie wondering what it really is all about. Highly recommend it, many of the people at the premier were touched by it. What is great about it is that it ties the lose ends, and leaves room for discussion. A must see!
