It was truly great! Excellent storyline. I hope they do another prequel to fill in some more questions that they made in this one. I alos hope they bring back Gambet soemwhere in the X-Men, HOT! I agree with others on keeping the sappy love story out and more action, made for a better movie, better action!

OMG!! This is by far the best X-Men movie yet. I really enjoyed the action and special effects. Hugh Jackman was totally hot. Okay, let's be honest.....ALL of the mutants were totally HOT!! Liev Schreiber is the perfect Sabretooth. I would highly recommend this to any X-Men fan!!

I was a little disappointed with this movie. While I understand that there needs to be a little creative liberty taken with the characters, some of the things were not right. Gambit is supposed to be from the bayous of Louisiana where people have thick cajun accents. I'm from that area, I know what people sound like. Gambit in the movie didn't sound anything like what people from that area sound like. He was still trying to do his lame Texas accent from Friday Night Lights.

am i the only one who DID NOT like Gambit in this movie...am i wrong or did he have a very thick accent in the cartoons, and this actor whoever he was is incapable of pulling off such accent...otherwise the rest was GREAT, just get a new Gambit for the next one please...who cares if chics think hes cute...he aint a good Gambit

Just as enjoyable as the first X-Men movie. Very nicely crafted Saturday movie fun. If all the movies in the Origins series are done with the care that went in to this one, then I'll keep coming back. Lots of amazing action scenes, and, since I'm not a reader of the comics, some great new characters, especially Ryan Reynolds character. He's particularly amusing.

Wasn't thrilled with the movie, but not wholly disappointed either. The opening sequence was interesting but a waste of time other than to indicate that Wolverine and his brother are immortal. Yawn. Some interesting action sequences, but not enough to keep me interested. The story line lacked focus. Most of the SFX were great, however. Not a bad movie, but not great either.

I was anxiously awaiting the release of this movie. Man was I disappointed. HJ is AWESOME as is LS, RR and TK. But I thought the storyline was too convoluted and tried to tie everyone and everything together. Thus making it very unbelievable. I was hoping for such much more. Too bad.

Right from the beginning this movie grasped my attention and until the very end held it. Very detailed, exciting, and not a down moment. I also loved the symbolism in the movie, of how Logan received his name Wolverine. This movie accomplished explaining things, of how X-Men was started. Awesome movie!

This franchise just keeps getting better and better! This recent installment in the "Marvel" superhero/mutant serials not only makes your heart race with thrills, but also sigh with 'ah-ah' moments as one sees the dimensions in the Wolverine character revealed. All the pieces that have been missing in prior movies fit nicely into place ...leaving you wanting to know more about all the X-Men characters in this 'family' from Xavier's! Thumbs up for this feature, it's a must for all action-adventure seekers!

The movie covered a lot of ground of Logan's past, mainly concetrating on the relationship that he had with his brother. The spins and turns that kept the movie going were dizzying, yet exciting to watch. And I loved the humor that Hugh Jackman's character possessed. I didn't however, appreciate the approx. 5 minutes where Hugh ran around in the buff. But I am sure that most women would disagree with me there! LOL And so I rate it a 4 out of 5 stars.

This was a really great movie..action..back story..romance...deceit...all the makings of a good movie...and of course the shots of wolverines backside..{my oh my}
To find out that sabertooth is his brother and that he had a lady love and then they took away all of his memories in one cruel sweep....on a final note i loved gambit too and all the other mutants were really cool. Will I Am did an awesome job.

While this movie isnt accurate to the comic with the same title, it was an enjoyable movie to watch. Overall i thought it went with the "sequels" that came later nicely. They did not over dramatize the secrecy of his origins and they told a solid story.

I never read Marvel Comics when I was young. But, I have watched the entire trilogy to many times to count. This movie was off the charts...I mean come on, who doesn't like looking at Hugh Jackman, whether or whether not, the movie was a bust... I think this moveie just happened to be the epitimy of the concept Marvel Comics was looking for in the creation of mutants. All thumbs and fingers up!!!!!!!!

I would put this in my top 5 superhero movies. (1. Dark Knight, 2. Iron Man, 3. Wolverine, 4. Incredible Hulk, 5. Batman Begins) It followed the comics very well, except for how they did Dead Pool. They gave him some powers that he didn't really have, but I can live with that because of how good the rest of the movie was. And to everyone that says the story line was weak, that's how it was in the comics, so deal with it. But over all, this was an excellent movie with very great action scenes with great origin stories not only with Wolverine but other characters as well. And speaking of other characters, Gambit was amazing. I would definitely recommend seeing it more than once.
