I went with my husband and stepdaughter and we loved the movie! We all got pretty freaked out, it was very clever and realistic! If you are into movies that are scary without the gore and mess more with your mind, I definately recommend this one! People sitting around us that we chatted with before and after were as blown away as we were! It WAS worth the money!

This movie is not worth all the hype and I regret that I actually "demanded" it for Tampa. It had a small few thrilling moments, but most of it was boring dialogue, spats, odd noises and lights turning off and on. I would only recommend this on rental if you fast forward and just watch the end.

I am almost positive that this movie is REAL footage of a couple being haunted by a demon. I believe the $11,000.00 budget went to giving the footage to someone to edit and make it into a movie. This couple was not ACTING. I am 100% upset with seeing this movie, yes it was Scary and probably the best Scary movie I have seen, but my problem is it is REAL and its not script based with Actors. This is tocher caught on tape the Micha and Katie went thru. Before I saw this movie, I 100% believed that this could happen to people, but seeing it live is just terrifying. I would not recommend this movie for the simple fact that we do not know what doors we could possibly be opening, just like Micha did. And that cost him his life.

This was a great scary movie that provided a lot of moments of intense suspense. I loved that it didn't use a lot of effects and gore to really scare you. I LOVED the ending!!! BUT........ A HUGE WARNING IF YOUR GOING TO WATCH THIS MOVIE!!!! If you get motion sickness easy take a dramamine before you go. A lot of camera movements made me SOOOOO SICK!!! I had to close my eyes through the parts where they were just talking just to recover.

The previews made it seem like this movie was going to be the scariest movie ever and I sat there through the movie with a blank stare on my face thinking "really? This is it?" I've seen scarier stuff on Ghost Hunters and I was very unimpressed with this movie. I left the theater disappointed as did the rest of the crowd. If I could have, I would have gotten my money back. My wife n I enjoyed this movie for three reasons:
1) The story and characters worked well on the limited budget
2) A truly frightening situation made all the more terrifying by the fact that it was a "true story" ala 'The Blair Witch Project"
and 3) No big name stars to dillute the experience

the hype was much bigger than the movie....it was gripping but more toward the end...it had good humor in it...the actors were great, I thought;.. to be unknown. It had wayyyyy to much cursing. 11 of us went and 8 were very disapointed 1 fell asleep...and no we dont drink or do drugs..lol...on a scale of 1---10 will give it a 5...should of known..since the hype was so great about it...oh well at least I got to go to the theater this year.

OK, the whole theatre seemed to be scared several times during the film, so maybe I am just a not the audience that this movie was looking for. That being said, I found the movie to be very funny (and I think it was on purpose).

This movie was so slow, that I fell asleep. My husband got sick, from all the motion of the camera. The male lead was a controlling and domineering JERK. Anybody that believes in the paranormal or demons, knows that you don't mess with this kind of evil being. At least not without professional help, someone that knows what to do.

I wish I could say it was all I expected it to be. I wish I could say I was scared out of my seat. I wish I can say the movie was one of the best of the year. I wish I can say, but I can't. It was not worth the hype, you spend all movie watching 3 or 4 good scenes that lead up to the best part of the movie, the ending. If it was 5 or 6 years ago when movies were still 6 or 7 bucks, it would be a fantastic deal. But we spent 12 bucks each to see a cracked out blair witch project/quarantine movie. Worth the bootleg, not the movie ticket. In fact if it wasn't for the ending, the shadow, a couple of scenes where the acting took over and micha's sense of humor, i'd say it a total waste of money.

This movie was way too much hype and not enough delivery. The first person camera was an okay idea on the drawing board but really didn't add much dimension to the movie. I would say if you want your date to jump in your lap or hold your hand you may be in like here though. The element of surprise is the only real high-point of this movie to me and you may have an entertaining conversation about all the times you jumped on the way out. All in all the movie is not worth the money for any real movie goer, but as for someone looking for 99 min of time wasting with a bit of fun mixed in go for it. I hope this helps anyone who takes the time to read it.

When this movie was compared to The Blair Witch Project, I wanted to see it so bad. But I was so disappointed. It was not scary and there was no action. Do not waste your money or your time on this movie, it is not worth it.
