I just got done watching the Midnight Showing and like I said, it was AWESOME!!! I know not everyone is going to like the sequel, but I did. It had a lot of transformations and battle scenes. There were some parts that had foul language and subtle nuances but overall it was great. The part where they added in Shia's hand getting hurt to match it in real life could have been better. The movie didn't even feel like it was almost three hours long. To me, it wasn't long enough. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

this movie is not a let down at all. i must admit the first one of a little bit better but that isnt saying much. probably shouldve been made into two movies but i cant complain. and for everyone commenting on how bad the first one was, why did you go see the second one then. you obviously have no life if youre going to sit through a 2 and 30 min movie that you already know youre gonna hate. michael bay better return for a 3rd transformers.

Sure, they kicked the language up a notch. I apologized to my son after it was over. He instantly told me that he hears much worse in fifth grade, however. As for the movie, it was 'the best movie ever' for us. Us being a 37 year old who had the original Prime, and a 10 year old boy. Those who see the movie and complain about all of the akward dialogue, and jokes are definitely not the target demographic here. Lots of action, lots of explosions, robots, and Megan Fox. Come on, they even brought out Jetfire. My kid wants to go to the Smithsonian now. You can't ask for much more than that.

oh my god. i just got back from this movie and it is amazing. i havent read the comics or the old tv show or anything but i can honestly say none of this had been needed for these films. if you enjoyed the first one you will most likely love this one. good action scenes and very dramatic moments.

This movie was great for all those looking to enter into a world created for the imagination. Honestly, I loved it. I had no sense of the fact it was a 3 hour movie until I left the theater and looked at the time. I was absorbed. My only grievance is the Autobot/Decepticon dialogue (really, who is allowing 12 year old boys to write that portion?). Other than a few misplaced lines and unnecessary remarks, I wholeheartedly enjoyed this sequel. If you loved the first, you'll love Revenge of the Fallen.
For those of you who can't get over the way it was shot...get over it! It's Michael Bay, accept it, it is how he makes movies, it's his style. If you don't like his style, then don't go see it or just shut up.

If you liked the first movie then you are in for a treat! I watched the first one right before I went to see this moive and it help to notice the small details in the story line. This movie is action packed with great effects and well keep you entertained! I liked this movie also because it was packed with some funny moments. Not only was I on the edge of my seat, and sad with emotion, but laughing. This was done perfect and could not ask for more. But I will have to tell you that its wide open for a third movie.
You must see this movie soon as you can! buy yourself some pop corn and a drink this one will be worth seeing!!!!!

If you like movies with a bunch of unnecessary fowl language, stereotypes against American-Americans (the Transformers Twins), random $exual comments, and hints of keeping the earth “Green” throughout the movie….Transformers 2 is for you. I just saw the midnight show and this is NO WHERE NEAR AS GOOD AS THE FIRST. Yet another example of how society is "given in" to the negitive to promote for cheap laughs and sales.
