Some parts of the movie seem like a time filler, but great action other than that.

Revenge of the Fallen was incredible. The action scenes, Megan Fox, the cars, the humor. There were a few parts that I didn't expect, but hoped the ending would come out the way I thought, and it did. It was a little predictable. But was still worth it. I think the sequel was great. If you like the action, the cars, the whole concept, and a great movie, go and see it. It was 2.5 hours. I think they stretched it as much as they could. I could have watched it for hours. But they would have to charge more for your tickets! lol..
I would definetly recommend seeing this movie. It was worth my time. I left satisfied, and wanting more. Lets hope that there is another.

That pretty much sums it up - there are some really nice action scenes but the story itself leaves something to be desired. - Could have done something to take the corniness out - but regardless a must watch.

Very rare do you have a sequel to a movie that is ACTUALLY better than the original. I was also scared that the movie was gonna be advertised and "pumped up" and that it would be a disappointment. But this movie was literally "jaw-dropping" for me. It was so worth the tiredness I feel now ( i saw the premire @ 12:01 am). But i would say all in all that this movie is nothing less but extraordinary.

This movie is worth watching. It's funny, action-packed, a little bit of a love story thrown in there, and of course a whole lot of explosions. So go see it! The only thing is... don't bring your young kids to the movie. There is a lot of swearing. But overall a good movie.

I really loved the comedy in this movie. Its a harsher type, but so amazing. I believe there is a lot more effort from the actors in this one.

Honestly, as far as sequel's go it wasn't bad. Could have been better, could have been worse. Decent fight scenes and had the audience laughing. Story line could have flowed a bit better but overall great movie!

Pros: This was such a great movie. The time flew by! Everyone in the party enjoyed it, and the many clapping moments shared by the theatre.
Cons: Quite a bit of cussing/swearing compared to the previous movie. The twin Autobots are portrayed as stereotypical illiterate ghetto African Americans (one even has a gold tooth), which as an African American I did not care for.
Overall: Go see it. The negatives were not enough to merit not seeing the movie. You and your family will enjoy it!

Definitely one of the best movies I've seen in a long time. Non stop action, amazing special effects, and a great story line. Plus Megan Fox is always easy on the eyes. They even manage to throw some pretty good one liners in there.

Actions movies sometimes have a compelling story, this is not one of those. The acting performance of the main characters is fair at best, the robots are much better by comparison. The climax to the movie takes 30 plus minutes to play out in full. The ending is very obvious about an hour into the movie. I would stay home and wait for the DVD, because at least then you can take a break from all of the action to watch the nature channel. It is a good sequel but the first as usual is the best. Out doing the first with way more action, while exciting, is not that interesting. I actually fell asleep during the build up to the big climax because it took so long to get there.

Actions scenes were overdone but the film was emotionally compelling. I couldn't help but think of humans as transformers; how we change when fate rarely calls us! It's our actions more than our words. Overall, this was an okay movie.

This movie is shear entertainment. Pacing is excellent, just what one would expect in this genre of movie.
However for my taste it runs a bit long. Fifteen minutes could be shaved from the running time and this movie would earn another star.
If you loved the original, you'll love this movie. Don't get me wrong, it's not going to win a best writer Oscar for it's plotline, but for entertainment, you can't go wrong.

Even though the film was long the action kept you on the edge of your seat. However, its not just action in the movie. I dont know what alot of these guys who are giving it a low rating are thinking, They just cant seem to pick out the plot that was clear even before I saw the movie. They all are just stupid morons and don't know how to scientifically observe a movie. Being an engineer, I see things the way they are and am willing to admit when Ive made a mistake But these guys who rate this a low movie are just people who never wanted the film to be good so in there minds it was a bad movie. And now they just don't want to admit they are wrong. Transformers Revenge of the Fallen is a must see It has all the elements that make a good movie.

this was a very good sequel sometimes you get a lagging movie with sequels but this movie kept up with the first and there were some intense action sequences. I would have liked to see more close up fights it seemed like you just get a glimpse of the fight and then it is over. overall god movie would definitely recommend it and would possibly see it a second time

The movie was just as anticipated, loved it, right from the beginning it is action and moving. The story line is believable and tight, the additional Autobots was welcome addition, even enjoyed that they had comic personalities. The mixture of emotions, action, history, was a complete package. I was on Facebook/Twitter updating my status with my review before I left the theater parking lot. If you have the chance to see it on IMAX Go for it.
