It was an amazing movie! Being a Transformers fan I enjoyed how they brought other aspects of the TF universe into the movie. But the only thing is there almost wasn't enough Transformers in it still!
It was all human spotlight, to be blunt. Most of the time you just see the Autobots as cars. And they brought in more characters that they did nothing with. There was alot more Decepticon interaction which was entertaining. But my point remains valid; human centered plot.
They also didn't know how to end the movie and left it very wide open.

Movie was great. Exactly as advertised. Full of action, bad guys, and funny moments. Only issue I had with the movie: it was not as kid friendly as No. 1. There were a few places where even my 10 yr old asked me when the transformers started cussing. But overall, movie was great, even at 2 am in the morning.

Go see this movie!!! I am not a girl who has ever been to a midnight movie but I did this time and I almost stayed for the 3:00 show!!Every aspect of this movie is over the top, Megan Fox as Micheala is so much more out spoken then the last movie and the chemistry between her and Shia LaBeouf is unmistakeable!!!

WOW what can i say? it was epic! it was awesome! the 4 hour wait in line was a small price to pay to be one of the first to see this masterpiece. i haven't been blown away for a long time and this just... WOW! talk about edge of your seat for 2+ hours. go see it. love it and maybe i'll see you there.

I'm 57 years old and not an aficionodo on the Transformers like my kids, but I love special effects. The first one was a great ride and this one doesn't disappoint. The effects were flawless. I have to admit, I did go to Wikipedia and read the story detail..OK...I cheated a bit, but remember my age (smile). It did help me follow along better, though. All I can say is enjoy it for what it is, a marvel in animation. Yeah to Steven Speilberg, who never disappoints, and Michael Bey.

The positive points of the movie was the many intense action scenes, special effects, some funny moments, and from the male perspective some pretty attractive women.
Aside from that the movie has little plot, pays no attention to details in both the writing and editing (i.e. the sun doesn't shine in China at 10pm, no part of any ocean is anywhere close to 9300 fathoms deep, people duck 'n' cover before a shot not after them, the scene with the camera at the checkpoint, the "floating" car, etc, etc, etc) I'll spare you the full list.
Don't be fooled by all the 4 or 5 star reviews. After reading them you'll see some peeps did that out of kindness.

"Revenge of the Fallen" was a great follow-up to the first Transformers! I loved how they added some comedy, cause I love to laugh. There were great battle scenes, new characters, romance, bravery, etc. I would definitely recommend this to friends my age. My only grievance to this movie is the fact that my younger cousins want to go see the movie and now they can't. The language and the drug use with the Mom was pretty unnecessary. But for me, excellent movie.

In my opinion it was a good movie. Could have had fewer stupid inuendos. Some were funny, but some were taken too far. Overall I thought the movie was good but that some of the action became a little repetitive. I love action movies, but they seemed to just keep blowing things up and you couldnt keep up with who was who.

This movie was freaking amazing! I am a huge Transformers fan and so I was a little apprehensive of going to the sequel, only because most of the time, sequels don't match up to the hype. I should've known that this movie wouldn't follow regular movie rules! I was riveted on the screen the entire night (since I waited in line for six hours at the midnight premiere) and when I finally saw it I laughed, I cried, I wanted to kill Megatron! (Autobots Rock!) One of the best movies of the summer, and definite must see event. Michael Bay, Shia and Megan and the rest of the cast are brilliant and continue to make the world of Transformers teeming with life. Woo hoo!

Michael Bay enjoys blowing everything to smithereens (as a minor pyro) I enjoyed this movie very much and really got into the fight scenes. There's something oddly entertaining about robots fighting that brings out the young kid in all of us. Given, there were a few cliche lines in the movie but it didn't ruin the film. Overall you'll find yourself voluntarily cheering for the auto bots, jumping in your seat and praising Megan Fox by the end of the movie. What a great experience!

I saw this movie in the largest theater here and it was awesome. Tons of explosions and excitement. If you are going to see it and want to get the full effect watch it at quality theater. I might still kind of like the 1st one better but maybe that is just because it as the first one but it was still an awesome movie!

I was a huge Transformers fan when I was younger and absolutely loved the first movie. I'm a huge skeptic when sequels are made and I was not let down. The movie kept my attention the whole time and the humor was top notch. The only thing I can criticize would be the animation and computer detailing. Though it was outstanding and believable, I would have preferred for some of the fight sequences to have been a little more clear and slowed down. Transformers was amazing and I have recommended it to everyone I come in contact with.
