I'm a mom who was not excited about see this movie but was so surprised! It kept my interest the whole 2 1/2 hours ... Had some very funny parts. I had previously read that it was too violent.... well... yes there are pieces of metal flying everywhere but I don't think it will warp any young minds!

AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would see this one again and again. Action packed, humor, and robot cars-----every boys dream. I have 3 boys (under the age of 10) and they did not even need a restroom break. Great movie. Keeps you on the edge of your seat.

The fight scenes were amazing, the transformers themselves looked great, but the script was a little lacking. The love scenes could have been a little more suttle and the jokes a little more clever. But it's a great summer film to go see with a friend.

I like the movie and I liked the langauge made the movie a little more realistic. The story line was good and the death of Prime was amazing like how the matrix of leadership was pulled in. Good job with story line though Micheal Bay needs to slow down the movie in action sequences its very hard to see what is going on. While i love the movie I was still disappointed in his characterizations of some of the transformers. namely soundwave and jetfire. I would also like to point out that the only microscope was perceptor and he was not a decepticon. Not happy with that choice.

My husband and I took our 4 year old son to this opening night....awesome. There was definatley more language in this film, so if you are senstive having your children hearing that be careful. Skids and Mudflaps added great humor, graphics and action scenes were well scripted, just an all over excellent film. Can't wait till DVD so I can watch it over and over.

My only complaint about this movie was the crude language and "jokes" - they added nothing to the movie and made a lot of people with kids cringe. Without them it would be even better but is still a must see movie this summer. Great special FX, even more detailed than the first movie. Shia and Megan are awesome.

This sequel to The Transformers was not IMO as good as the original. Revenge of the Fallen was full of action and truly kept you on the edge of your seat, but it suffered from less-than-great acting, and a story-line that is all over the place.
Will I watch it again? I will definitely be buying the DVD.

Good movie, not something you should bring your young children to due to the cranked-up language (I usually don't have a problem with lots of bad language), the "Twins" were basically a pointless marketing tool for young kids, could have done without them. They basically wasted 10-15 minutes of the film. Other than that, good story development, good effects. Would DEFINITELY see it again.

Too much plot and not much linked to the first one. The action was way to fast...all you saw was color and couldn't make out who was hitting who. Couple mistakes in the movie like when the kid got tazzarded and the next second he was running out the car...not gonna happen.

It is exactly what you expect it to be. Action packed, and full of explosions and giant robots. The idea for the story is pretty good, and there are parts that are very funny, but the fighting goes on WAY too long and somewhere towards the middle of the movie you start to get bored. Worth the money but I wouldn't see it twice.

Great movie the only bad part was that the Hoffman 22 AMC, in Alexandria Virginia shut the air off half way threw the movie and it was a packed house. Besides that I would go see it again but not there.

i know everyone has their own opinion, but i thought this movie was excellent, i thought it had a good plot line and the characters went into great depth. the action sequences were out of this world (no pun intended) the autobot and decipticon battles were awesome.. i think the movie really showed off the warrior-side of optimus that wasn't really there in the first movie. i mean taking on 3 decipticons at once was amazing.. the humor in this movie was one of a kind you will be laughing the whole time. one of the better parts in this movie was how u connect to the characters bots and humans, and the added history to the bots was great as well..

Assessment in Brief: A good movie worth seeing in the theater and definately worth purchasing when it comes to DVD.
The Good - Better characterization of the humans. Interesting storyline. Great new human sidekick. A good look at the Decepticons.
The Bad - The storyline doesn't exactly flow from the first movie and feels a little contrived. The humans are still the focus of the movie, not the Autobots.
The Ugly - The Twins. Awful characters, saved only by the fact that they're okay as comic relief and the other characters hate them as much as the audience does.
The Awesome - Optimus ROCKS! Excellent fight sequences. Characters easy to empathise with. No Rodamus Prime.

I think this one was one the best sequels to have ever come out. Lots of humor (mom was hilarious!) the new Aveo bots were funny too. Bringing back Tyrese and Josh Duhamel was great! Love the College roomie Leo! And of course Shia and Megan both look as hot as ever!! Agent Simmons...still a crack-up!

I enjoyed this movie for its special effects and CGI...awesome!! Great action flick that grabs you at the beginning and holds you for 2.5 hours. I would not recommend this film for younger viewers.Too much senseless sexuality, language & crude humor. The film would have been great without that. Parents take caution - too much jr. high humor-dogs humping each other, cheap name-calling, & girls with little clothing. This film will attract young kids because of the first film and toys that are marketed. If you do choose to let your kids see the film...talk to them about it!!!!

Very exciting movie! The SFX were amazing and everything looked intensely real. There were a few lame jokes and I didn't like that they dirtied up the language so much from the first movie...but other than than that, it was amazing! I'm going to see it again!
