I loved the movie overall. The special effects and story line were fantastic. I also loved the new addtions to the cast, especially the twins. They were hilarious! What I could have done without was the foul language. It's fine for teenagers/adutls, but I was not too thrilled about my 7-year old son being exposed to that. It would have been great without the language and I just didn't feel it was necessary.

VERY fine job on an great old license and well loved icons of our past. Transformers 2 is pretty phenominal in my opinion. Although some things are still being jumbled here and there story-wise, (forgive us nerds as we are very picky, lol) the action, comedy, family friendly, yet intense approach to one of my favorite childhood memories is QUITE dead on. I have been overly anxious to see this installment since the release of the first movie and this did not in any fasion disappoint as far as what has normally been done by Hollywood to great licenses' & the oppurtunities brought by them. Enjoy this great sequel with the entire family and not be bummed one bit. Well, aside from when the credits finally roll, cuz then it's over :( lol.

I hardly ever go to the movies. I never have time and usually wait until the DVD is released. I am so glad that my little 2 year old was just dying to see transformer...ABSOLUTELY OFF DA CHAIN...PERIOD!!!

Transformers was definitely a let down compared to the first one. I went in the movie knowing the bad reviews it had, but still thinking it would be awesome. I was so wrong! The movie has way too many comedians with very bad jokes. They could have stuck to a few funny lines and it would have been hilarious. The twin robots were two of the most ridiculous characters to ever appear on the big screen. The movie could have done without most of the characters and over produced action scenes. Also, the worst part was that there was more build up to the two main characters saying "I love you" than Optimus coming back to life.

The action was real good and the movie kept transforming itself into a chick flick, then to a high-action thriller, then to annoying acting and back again. I think they meant for that, the movie being a transformer itself. Some human characters also transformed their personalities too. Thing is, I prefer more Transformer action over annoying acting. Also, it was hard to tell if the beginning of it was a trailer for another movie or not, and some action sequences moved so fast that they were hard to follow, almost like some of it went off the screen too.

Sometimes I just wasnt sure if I was watching american pie movie or transformers. C'mon those cheap jokes just dont fit in there !!! The freakin' "UP" animation was far more mature ... The only things that stopped me from leaving are the stunning visual effects.

My family and I thought this movie was AWESOME! It was action packed from the beginning. I really got into the scenes...I was clapping, crying, laughing, and at the egde of my seat on some of the action scences between the transformers. The crictics said this movie wasn't all that ....I don't know what they were watching...it wasn't Transformers! I'm going again..this time IMAX! Maximus Prime live on!!!!!!!!

I really enjoyed the new Transformers 2 action, as well as the humor. This show brought more action than the 1st Transformers. Bring on the 3rd Transformers. Lets see what Micheal Bay has up his sleave. I love it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The critics dished it but I thought it was a good movie - not as good as the first one but definitely worth seeing. My son loved it and he stayed interested the whole time. The storyline was a little off kilter but still interesting.

This movie was excellent. It was action packed, funny, and entertaining for people of all ages. We laughed and couldn't look away from beginning to end and didn't even mind that it was more than 2 hours long. I definitely recommend that you take the kids, family, or a date!

I thought the movie was great. Very funny. Not forced laughs like the first 1 but genuinely funny. The "vision" from the primes was completely whack and should have been left out or redone. UGH! That was really the only thing I didn't like... besides Alice. She was kinda pointless, too. But overall it was great. CAN'T WAIT TO SEE IT AGAIN!!!!!

This was a great action movie...especially for kids! My son ( 3yrs old ) is a huge Transformers fan, so we went in with high expectations. He loved it! I remember looking at the ( sold out ! ) audience and saw a sea of little eyes glued to the screen. Great special F/X...a lot of new Bots to see in action! Good story line...lots of funny dialoge. My only complaint was the length of the movie ( 2 1/2 hours!) It could have used a bit more editing.

I can say that I was excited as soon as I saw the preview for the this sequel. It was fun, funny, heart wrenching and without a doubt a fantastic film. I came expecting to simply be entertained, and left wondering why I expected so little and was given so much. I can truly say that it was a very enjoyable film and have raved about it to everyone I know.
