Truthfully, I think Michael Bay is an 'awesome' director. But the movie had close to 45 minutes of unnecessary footage in my opinion. Many of the new robots were way to complicated and detailed to even decipher what their robot forms looked like. Its quite distracting. But, to each is own. You make the call. I wasn't thrilled by it.

Hi,
IF you like action movies then this is the one for you, The computer graphics are amazing. To begin with it is produced (or directed) by Steven Spelisburg who (to me) is one of the best. The acting is good too.

I took my friends 9yr old son to see this movie. I probably wouldn't have gone if it wasn't for him. I actually really enjoyed it! The sense of humor in the story was enjoyable. Worth seeing!

I took my grandsons, 11 and 9 to see this movie. I was very impressed with the whole production. It was fast and continued to hold you on the edge of you seat waiting to see what was coming next. I found that I really was cheering on young Sam to save Optimus. I would recommend this movie to everyone. I am even considering a second viewing and I don't go to the movies often

could not follow story plot as there was none. everyone it seemed was running around like chickens without heads. great action and special effects but that was it. Shia Labeouf was too old to pull off the college kid and Megan Fox did nothing but run around and scream. (she was a big dissapointment as she was one of the reasons I went to the movie.) John Turturro was great. But overall not a good movie. The first one was 100 times better.

Considering this was supposed to be a "family movie" it had a lot of very suggestive scenes that contributed nothing to the actual film itself! I saw kids 5 and up in there and they had to see this stuff. The movie itself once it got past all the stupid stuff was good and action packed, exactly what families were there for. Having a Mom run around after eating something with pot in them and making a fool of herself was again not even a valid component of the movie. Do not take children under the age of 13 to see it. Too bad because it had some excellent fighting scenes after all that junk. There were some scenes that were actually very funny.

When my son wanted to see this movie, I thought "Oh my gosh 2hr and 30 min". However, it did not seem that long since the movie had alot of action. I truly was not bored. Great movie to see.

We all know that the writing isn't the best.. But the action and the CGI...!!! Insane! I will definitely agree, this is not for little ones... I don't understand why parents take their little kids to these kinds of movies!! It's a bad distraction for movie goers when the kids are runnin around and yelling out at the screen... and I can't imagine it's good for their little brains!! But enough of that...
If you liked the first one, you will love the second one!!

I do think its not a good choice for kids under 13 only because of the language and some kinda "mature" scenes. But it was an awesome movie, full of action and if you were ever a fan of transformers animated cartoons you would love it!!

This movie had its funny moments and its serious ones as well. I liked the storyline that gives us some more history about the autobots and decepticons. It is truly faithful to the original. Once again Megan Fox steals the show with her one liners. Saying.. "Your such a girl!" to Sam was priceless.

While the language and other mature undertones may be a bit much for 13 and under (given the PG-13 rating), the movie was an action packed and adventurous sequel to its original. It keeps you interested through to the end and moves at a good pace. Not recommended for children under 13 years of age. Should have had a straight PG or R rating.

This was a great movie no hands down. It was a little fluffed, but I could take it, someone could have made a cell phone call during this movie and I wouldn't have lost interest. It was great. One of the top ten movies of the year easy. Wish they would've followed the original story in connection with the new fluff they put in there but guess they didn't want to. It still was a great movie.

I took my 11 year old daughter to see the movie and we had a blast. We were caught up in the whole movie and enjoyed all of it.
We both really liked the scene where Bumblebee kicked a decepticons butt and he ripped rampage apart near the end.

Very nicely done....I like how the storyline progressed from the first movie. I didn't think that there was any way to have more action than the first movie, but they succeeded beyond my expectations.
