As always, Sandra was amazing. As was Ryan. This is the funniest movie I have seen in a long time! A definite "must see". There should be more movies like this. Betty White really added something to the movie. Rate appropriately, not for kids. Every adult, men and women, will just love it!

This was a very cute and funny movie. As always, Sandra Bullock never disappoints and you definitely get a good laughter from her. Her co star Ryan Reynolds isn't too bad to look at either.

'The Proposal' was actually better than I expected! I thought it would be a funny chick flick and that it would be soon forgotten. But, without a doubt, I was wrong! Sandra Bullock is SEXY, while Ryan Reynolds is BREATHTAKING! I think I will see this movie again some thing soon. I believe I will also buy this film when it comes out on DVD and BLU-RAY DISC. Don't look closely at the plausibility of the story, but suspend disbelief and enjoy the actors, the characters they play, and the gorgeous scenery. ‘The Proposal’ is nothing to write home about, but it’s okay. There is nothing new or special. The story of two people who can’t stand each other that end up falling in love has been done many times before – and done better. Some of the awkward situation that came about that were supposed to be funny were just awkward, and others (such as the INS agent) were too over-the-top to be believable. The bright spot for me was Betty White’s portrayal of the grandmother anyone would love. There is enough redeeming value to make it worth seeing, just don’t go in with expectations too high.

If you're a Sandra Bullock fan, you'll love it, she's especially good in a physical comedy scene with Betty White. I wasn't sure about Ryan Reynolds prior to seeing this, but REALLY liked him opposite Bullock. All of the supporting actors were good, hats off to the casting folks; the sub-theme of the importance of family gave it more substance than your usual Rom Com. Have recommended, will probably see again with the girls~!

My husband, 11 year old granddaughter and I really enjoyed this movie. The scenery was wonderful, the plot cute, the actors really fit their roles. I would recommend this movie to anyone who likes feel good movies.
