I saw this movie last night as a sneak preview and it was just what the doctor ordered. I haven't laughed this hard at a movie since Four Weddings and a Funeral. It was incredibly well written but the actors made it come to life and it was magic. The casting was perfect. This movie was what I expected from the trailers and more. It was intelligent, amusing, and not like your typical rom-com. Bullock and Reynolds work very well together, as do the rest of the cast. I was glad to see that Bullock had a very strong character very unlike the desperate women you find in other movies of the genre. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and would recommend this film to any who are looking for a good time with a romantic (but not mushy) twist.

I haven't laughed that much in a long time. If you need a night out to get away from the stress of every day life - go see this movie! comedies this year. Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds are well matched and the movie was perfectly cast. It's a laugh a minute. Betty White is hilarious a the ninety year old paternal grandmother with the sense of native spirituality. I highly recommend this film for a light hearted ladies night out. Take you Mother, your Sister or your best friend and GO!

With so many romantic comedies failing to pass the mark these days, I was pleasantly surprised with The Proposal! And so was the rest of the packed theatre at this sneak preview, we laughed from beginning to end. Both Bullock and Reynolds were terrific choices and played well off each other. The supporting cast was recognizable and fan favorites, Betty White was a hoot. I would easily recommend this for a night out's entertainment.

This was a very funny and well acted movie. Highly recommend it. Bullock is still one of the best actresses around. She and Ryan make a great pair in this funny movie.

This is my first review, but I have to say this movie made me want to tell everyone to go out and see it when it comes out next week! I was lucky to get to see the sneak peek tonight and it definetely made my Saturday! Ryan and Sandra have amazing chemistry and where hilarious along with the rest of the cast. Please do yourself a favor and see this movie and sit back and get ready to laugh from start to finish (including credits!)
