'Aliens in the attic' is a good movie for all ages. The kids' acting was good, the writers didn't resort to potty humor to be funny, and yet it wasn't by any means bland. It could have almost been rated 'G', but then kids probably wouldn't want to see it. This movie reminded me of what Disney movies used to be like. You can take kids or go without any if you just want to see a cute, funny movie without all the crudeness of most of today's comedies.

My 3 kids (11,7,5), wife and myself decided to go to see this movie. At first, we were a little unsure of how my 5 year old would do given the cast and some of the beginning scenes and their content. But we were pleasantly surprised. This was a wonderful movie that everyone enjoyed. Everyone left the theater happy that they came!

If you saw the trailer, you saw the movie. All the humor is in the commercials. The cast seemed to be overacting their parts, very scripted. No "new" stuff here. My son said it reminded him of the Spiderwick Chronicals. Overall, the kids enjoyed it ,and for a PG movie, its exactly what you'd expect. I however was bored, even thought I'd nap.

I took my 5 year old son to see this because he saw the commercials and thought it looked fun. I am not sure if it was just the wrong day or what however we left after 20 minutes. First of all he got scared a few times that just made him want to leave however there were a few funny parts that made him stay. I think just because of his age, much of the funny banter was over his head. I wasn't interested in the movie either. We both see movies quite often so again it must have just been the day because the reviews I have ready from others the movie should have been really funny and good. The beginning is very very slow and boring.

Watched it with my two daughters, 11 and 13 years old. We all enjoyed it. Entertaining, funny, and mostly clean (getting hit in the crotch seemed to happen more than necessary, but I guess if that's the worst, it's not too bad). Somewhat uplifting theme - "kids had to consider the world rather than just themselves".

We took our seven year old daughter to see it and laughed right along with her. Its a nice family flick for everyone to go and see. Depending on how one feels about a little violence because of the aliens attacking the humans, but the aliens aren't really scare and the weapons are household items like potatoes, rakes, and bubble gun.

This movie was better than I thought it would be, my son greatly enjoyed it. Take it for what it is, an unpretentious excuse for funny little aliens fighting a bunch of kids with top notch special effects an without some long winded and uneeded background story. The acting was good and the action was better, I mean seriously, it was worth the price of admission just to see Dora Roberts busting out with some good ole street fighter moves! Yes, take your kids to see this!

I took my 11 and 13 year old boys with their 14 year old friend and they had a good time. I heard laughs from them all and it kept their attention. I had a good time and enjoyed watching a movie little objectionable content...Ashley Tisdale in a bikini drew some comments from the boys that I could have lived without, but that was quickly over. Doris Roberts as the grandmother was pretty funny.

I went to see the movie because my 11 yr old wanted to see it. I was begging for it NOT TO BE a draaaaaaging movie but happily I saw, what felt like 45 minutes, this fun, cute and humorous movie. I'd def recommend it to parents that are hesitant in taking their kids...lolol.
