I was entertained, but at the expense of unbelievable effects. Harrison Ford is a great actor. But the script was a stinker. That bomb scene was ruined by an unbelievable scenario. come on don't try so hard to fool us. I love Cate Blanchett, but her character, Just wasn't believable. Also the movie brought me to wonder why they choose this adventure when the cast could've had a better dialogue and can't you keep the language clean for a family? I mean come on. 20 years ago I thought Raiders was the bomb! not so happy with Temple of doom, Loved Last crusade. Kingdom of crystal skull ....So So. But it did entertain us for 2 hrs.

As a fan of the previous Indiana Jones films, I enjoyed "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull". The story was excellent, very nice nods to the previous films. Excellent action scenes, glad that the CGI was kept to a minimum. Indy and Marion are showing their age, but that realism does not detract from the film, only enhances it. Also loved the scenes filmed in New Haven, CT (Marshall College scenes) so close to home.

It is rare that a sequel measures up to the earlier successes but this one does! After all these years, Harrison Ford was still able to capture the excitement of the earlier Indy's. I was very disappointed. It was slow to get going, and while I'm willing to suspend belief for movie-going entertainment, some of this was too much (the refrigerator). I did like the ants, though. After all the wait and hearing about all the scripts they passed on I can't believe that this was the one they chose.

I thought that this movie was great, and totally in the spirit of the other Indiana Jones movies. Our hero once again stares death in the face and survives against all odds. It was also a nice twist that his love interest from the first movie appears and a new younger version of himself, his estranged son, is here to "fill his shoes". This was a super film. My family and I enjoyed it very much.

Anyone going in to this expecting a great movie will be disappointed, however, I loved it. It's a good Indiana Jones movie, and the silly plots and stunts are par for the course for Indy movies. I loved it. This movie was a great addition to the "INDY" franchise. Spielberg as eloquent as ever convincingly gives us a more mature Indy in a post WWII Cold War setting. Bringing in new villains, "Real" stunts, history, and humor for a perfect follow-up to Iron Man in this awesome summer of movies. Even the unbelievable was only flirted with in this movie so that you are never turned off by crazy animation and story. Please do yourself a favor and watch this film, we may not be getting many more like this.

Had great moments, and really stupid/lame moments that brought the film down to just good, instead of spectacular (as it should and could have been). They also play Indy as older not just physically, but mentally, so sometimes he's along for the ride, instead of being the 'hero' (we all know & love in the previous films), taking control & kick'in butt, so this gives the film a different feel to it from the others as well. Still worth seeing,
