This one flowed much easier than " Code " did - but I also thought " Code " was brilliantly made as well. Though A & D the book takes place before Code, the movies are flipped. Hanks' character is superb, as are the sets in Rome. Full of action, science, some humor, and more twists than a bag of pretzels - and this one movie you can't miss. Easy to follow.

I was very impressed. It is true that there are somethings that were left out of the movie vs the book but in all they really were not missed. I thought this time around Ron Howard and Tom Hanks created a hit from the start. I don't think they will have the same issues with critics this time around.

Fun, but not as exciting or thrilling as it should be. They basically solve the main puzzle 20 minutes into it, with very few surprises and twists along the way. This is not so say there weren't some terrific performances, it's just that the screenplay and editing failed the book. Still, it was mildly entertaining...but not as mysterious and intriguing as DaVinci Code.

I would leave it a very good. the only reason it was not exellent, was because I had read the book a couple of times over the past two years. overall it is pretty exact according to the book, but there are some key facts that they changed. This was a fun movie for a Saturday afternoon. Hanks' acting was solid, per usual. Rome serves as an awesome backdrop. However, I found the movie as a whole to be quite predictable and not very memorable. I didn't really feel like Langdon was in any direct danger. Unlike Star Trek, there is nothing about this movie that I will feel compelled to talk about around the water cooler at work. This is not as good as The Davinci Code, in my opinion. Enjoyable, but forgettable.

I liked this movie. I am also into history. This movie adds drama, history, and action. If you liked National Treasure, you'll love this movie. Each clue leads to the next and the excietment begins. I will buy this movie when it comes out on dvd. I would watch it more than a few times. It is worth paying to see it in the theater. Hope you enjoy it.

This was an excellent movie. I'm surprised at those who say it is boring at the beginning. From start to finish, it kept me on the edge of my seat. I loved it...a must see!
