This movie remains, after 10 films, the highlight of the summer for me. The animation is glorious; while it's not as 'realistic' as some of the advancements in Shrek 3, it has a consistent style of its own, the colors are so vibrant, the action is exhilarating, and the modeling of fur on the animals is incredible. The voice acting is very well done throughout, with performances of note from Dustin Hoffman and Ian McShane. I haven't laughed this hard at an animated movie since The Incredibles. I believe it to be fun for all ages!

This by far is an incredible movie! My children and I have been to the theater twice to see it and we will definitely purchase it when it is released. Jack Black is hilarious and does a great job in the movie as Po and the rest of the cast and characters are great as well! This is a winner!!!!!!!!!

Not really, but I did love this movie, and so did my soon-to-be 8-year old daughter. Jack Black's voice acting was good, as was the rest of the cast. The storyline was really good and I could totally see this having a sequel. Take Your Kids!

There was a great message in this movie, not to mention the comedic pieces were just great! It was a little long (1 1/2 hrs) for little ones, but in my expereience (4 and 5 year olds), their attention is well-maintained. I would recommend this movie without question.

We loved this movie! It has a great message about believing in yourself without sounding preachy. The aduts in our group enjoyed it as much as the children. There were a few scary scenes (had to hold hands over the eyes of the youngest and the other child hid his face in my arm) which were DARK & scary sounding. Also a little violent at times but for the most part you really only remember and take away the funniness and the love.

I wasn't overly excited with the Trailers for this movie. Thought it was going to be a kids flick all the way. However, after seeing the movie, I was totally impressed with the story line as well as the characters as they were protayed. Jack Black did a fantastic job with his role as the panda. Just to clearify, I didn't see it by myselft, I took my kids, that was the only excuse I had for the wife to come with me to an animated flick.

Funny and appropriate. My 10 year old boy loved it, my 7 year old daughter was a little scared once but got over it quickly, and came out of the movie making funny kung fu sounds and movements. The premise was fun and nicely moralistic. Only criticism was the use of the word 'stupid' or 'idiot' once or twice. These days, if that's the worst, you know it isn't all that bad.

I went and saw this movie by myself and laughed so hard!! It is a great kids movie and if it can make me laugh, then it is good in my book! I would recommend it if you need a good laugh!

I found it to be a great movie my kids really enjoyed it and yes it is a movie to go see again, the action scenes are very well done , and the movies is not too long overall a very good film

Without giving away the ending, suffice it to say, this is an animated movie that shows the power of perseverance and self determination. A great message to children everywhere. Seen it with my 7 year daughter twice and 2 year old son once. Yes... 2 years old. He sat still for 90% of the movie, but never took his eyes off the screen except to grab some popcorn or drink.
Very visual movie with great colors, interesting main characters and, of course, there's that meaning at the end of the story that brings it all together.
Pleasurable time with the kids... and... it will make a great addition to the home theater later!!
P.S.: Try to see this in a digital cinema instead of film. It wasn't shot on film so you have a really pristine picture worth seeing on digital.
